Not having a gallbladder means that bile is constantly flowing directly into your small intestine and not being concentrated within the gallbladder so that it would be released appropriately when you eat food. Therefore, you probably are not having enough bile dumped into your small intestine when you eat, which likely would be helped by adding a bile supplement into your routine by taking it about 5 minutes before every meal. Unfortunately, this is a lifelong issue because you no longer have a gallbladder. While conventional medicine views the gallbladder as expendable, and certainly you can live without it, it does not mean that it doesn't serve an important purpose. @@JulianneRogers-b8x oxalate binds to minerals in your body and becomes shards of crystals basically all your organs where the blood goes. Kidney stone is the most known oxalate poisoning. When you quit eating veggies, your body start dumping it in your BM, urine, your eyes, and skin. It’s like grits of sands in your rear end, in your bladder, your eyes, which is pretty painful and uncomfortable. Also your skin will break out in rashes and you’ll see the crystal come out of your skin. It comes in a cycle, every 2-4 weeks and lasts like a week to 10 days. I understand that it takes years to clear it. You will experience inflammation and extreme fatigue, some people experience flu like symptoms. Some people will be bed ridden while dumping. I’m just inflamed and super fatigued and brain fogged. I was able to get rid of mold in a few months with the clay. But this oxalate thing is much more difficult. I am no longer eating any veggies. I think it just means that the binders are necessary to help flush out the fungal material
You need to be eliminating like going to the bathroom at least once a day to clear out the fungus that is now bound with the binder
I had been eating lots of green fibery foods all along, but got mold poisoned, and what's worse is i'm now overloaded with oxalate. I'm now tryiing to detox from mold and oxalate. I'd been dependent on greens for fiber, because my GI can't tolerate grain fiber. So what do I do now?
I'm taking bentonite clay orally and also take clay bath at least twice a week to detox. I hope it'll work. Anybody has any advice?
Eat a lot of colorful vegetables. They have bioflavonoids and it's very important for getting rid of mold
@@JulianneRogers-b8x thanks. Well, I took bentonite clay and clay bath for a couple of months and the mold is now all gone. I can’t eat veggies at the moment because I’m now oxalate poisoned. My body has been dumping it and it’s pretty scary. But eventually I’ll be able to go back to eating veggies
What is the experience of the oxalate dumping
Carnivore!
@@JulianneRogers-b8x which brand of bentonite clay did you eat? Or did you just bathe in bentonite clay?
Insoluble fiber can be very painful if you have gut issues welchol is so easy take it after you eat a healthy fat
Another gal says Soluble fiber is key for detoxing mold like beans. Any type of beans. Not insoluble. Hmmmm!
What would bind to copper?
B1 is a decent copper agonist
Helps detox bad copper
Consume Zinc in excess to reduce copper.
Freshly ground PECAN IS A

Flax seeds? Isn't this bad advice since flax is estrogenic?
