Activated charcoal bags in the house really help. There is mold and other toxins in all houses. The charcoal bags adsorb some of the mold, and can be recharged every month in the sun. They really work and help somewhat.

Hives, panic attacks, tinnitus, fatigue, blurry vision, stomach issues, poor looking skin, redness on face, esophagus issue also, had to get a piece of steak removed surgically once. Depression is probably just from the life the mold leaves you with. I just need the money and i know i can get out of this house and get back my life. 15 years ive been dealing with hives and panic attacks. Allergy shots and xolair worked, but the insurance doesn't pay for the shots at first. I will hava trouble getting rid of my books. I hope i can afford a detached garage just for my old stuff and decide over time if i need to get rid of them. When it first started my gf at the time wasn't having any symptoms besides maybe being an Ahole about my symptoms. Ive lost 15 years of a quality life over this house. Damp in crawlspace from sinking foundation and leaky pipes but it started with a roof leak that went unnoticed. I used bentonite clay once and it caused nightmares and i think i may have did a detox. You just explained why i got anxiety after taking antibiotics for a tooth. I hate that for 15 years ive been blamed for all these things from anyone who i went to for help or advice.

Me too. I've had it before with amnesia for 3 months. My Apt has mold in the HVAC. Exhausted, Brain fog, bad rashes, sleep too many hours, dragging my butt. Yes I had SIBO- think I have it again. Painfully bloated. I get cracking shocks all the time! My nose is always stuffed when I'm home. Don't notice it outside. I've had UTIs first time in my 78 years. Oh! Lichen Sclerosus, a rare vaginal disease, forever- it can turn to cancer.
Weirdly I smell cigarette smoke like I had when I had Covid. I went to a Dr who did only prick test- no lumps- Dr was done. No questions.

Hi all, quick update: Turns out it isn’t mold that was ailing me all this time but it’s Cervical Instability… I’ve started a treatment plan of ProloZone/ProloTherapy, I had my first session a few days ago! It’s early days yet, symptoms are still present but it’s like they are turned down a dial or 2, with less pressure headaches! Early days but I feel I am on the road to recovery. Cervical Instability is a very serious condition it can be life threatening if not treated and can cause a whole range of symptoms as it can impact the vegas nerve, or jugular vein or other important arteries etc in the neck. When there is a problem with the ligaments or structural damage and the condition is chronic, often times the only way to fix it is by ProloZone / ProloTherapy. Look up Dr Ross Hauser on YT for some of the best information about it, as it is possible someone else struggling with severe health issues is effected by this, it’s actually not that uncommon and it’s a kind of epidemic because of the bad postural habits of using computers and looking down at phones for most of someones life, add in a whiplash injury to the equation and a misalignment could happen for example. ProloZone is a process of small and painless injections of ozone into the affected area, to encourage a healing response and to help tighten the ligaments, and ingesting collagen and vitamin C are vital to aid the body with this healing process. If you feel hopeless it’s worth looking into at least. I wish you all the best in healing and hope you find the help you need.

I just discovered black mold in my apartment and I was told by another Resident that there is a Plumbing Leak somewhere in the walls. What kind of legal standing do I have? I am in subsidized government housing. We hold a Section 8 voucher because my husband was so fragile after surgery. We both have almost all of the symptoms. The management here does not attend to many requests. Also there is no cross ventilation which I think is out of code. This building used to be a motel and now it is a full-time residence. They need to do more restoration and refurbishment to make it safe for full-time SENIOR residents. It is no wonder why the paramedics are here so often. Sometimes the residents do not return return. My husband has a long-awaited doctor's appointment tomorrow and what should we bring? How do we Broach this subject to have her encourage and possibly DEMAND mold removal? 😢

I couldn’t figure out why I kept shocking everything! Wow! I am recovering from mold illness! It’s been 4 months out of 4 years of silent exposure and only now getting rid of head symptoms, brain fog migraines and dreaminess. I’ve been a zombie for over a year. My son is 13 and had similar symptoms, 30 total. He is recovering as well. Still has some brain fog and digestive issues but we are 80% better following a similar program from what Dr. Crista describes here. I would only add that the best test for us was taking 2 weeks away from home to see whether symptoms relieved. We kept a log and that helped even with the brain fog. This test was free as we stayed with family and thought there wasn’t reexposurre there. To anyone in the midst of the desperation that comes along with this…if this is your cause…there is light on the other side. It took a few weeks on the protocol to see a real difference. It does work. I did not have sinus issues but the nasal treatments were imperative to clearing my head symptoms. Contact a knowledgeable practitioner. Medical practitioners are not aware of this condition.

I've been living in my basement now for 4 years and I never had any problems until the past well yeah I have had sores all over my skin and I didn't know what it was. Then I started noticing parasites like these little white worms in my skin it started out as little white nodules and I pulled them out and then I'd get a sore and now I have them I have worms all over coming out of my skin and my arms and little tiny light brown dots which I think are mites or I'm thinking maybe scabies which I don't know I've never had but what I thought I had after researching it all the parasites Google looking at pictures I came up with strongyloides. Then I looked up little brown dots on my skin with worms underneath and it said scabies and strongyloides. I've been to 14 doctors at 3 in infectious disease doctors and the last infectious disease doctor I just saw told me she did one test of the worms that I pulled out and by the time I got there they die right away so then they get hard within a couple hours then they turn the dust so she send them to the lab and I got a report on my chart from the lab that there's no parasitic material. So I called and asked what the test that they took and they wouldn't tell me they told me to ask my doctor which I already did but she had got the same report that I got now I'm blocked at my doctor like they don't want to see me again they're not trying to come up with a you know another test they're not trying to follow up with me they don't want to have nothing to do with me I don't get it. I called and I said you know I thought that seeing this infectious disease doctor was going to be a good thing and that she was going to get to the bottom of this with me you know that's what I intended to happen but she sent me back to my primary and said they did everything they could I'm going to write a review on her page I'll tell you that right now. I'm still suffering so bad. My dog has been choking and choking all the time and I thought maybe it was Pomeranians have you know tracheal collapse towards when you're older especially and she's like 17 but now I'm thinking you know we're both freaking sick. I had a Chihuahua she was 7 years old and she had a little bit of water around her heart and she died but it was 3 weeks after rabies vaccine I hope it wasn't me that killed her I hope her staying in the basement and I'm staying in the basement didn't kill her because I remodeled this whole basement I didn't see more than anywhere and then I was growing plants and I started to see white mold accumulating so I treated them but I have ventilation going and I never noticed it.
I am having sinus issues now I've noticed white noise and growing everywhere all over my pocketbooks my clothing that were in my laundry room and my big my part of the basement I just started noticing that under the sink and on my cabinets that are along the bottom towards the floor I'll have white mold in them. I'm thinking I have I have a mold toxicity problem but what's really sad is I can't go back I have to find a new doctor again

The worst is the pain in my gut almost every other day to the point it's hard to work and this got so worse after I took a antibiotics not to mention all these other horrible symptoms. happy to. you need to take the urine analysis from REAL TIME LABS. it's the most comprehensive panel. there's another company that does a similar urine test but it's not as detailed. there's also a blood test but it's not recommended as again, it's not as comprehensive for the number of mycotoxins as REAL TIME LABS.

Here's my input. The body is in a negative feedback loop where the limbic system is in a perpetual 'fight or flight' state, responding to every stimulus as though it were an aggressor even when it isn't. The person likely has activated mast cells, and the body is likely colonized with mold/mycotoxins. From what I've seen, providers usually take a step by step approach. Step 1 is calming down the overreacting mast cells, step two is working on calming the nervous system (limbic retraining) and step 3 is actually addressing the colonies of mold and mycotoxins inside the body.

You’re very welcome! Since I left this comment, I have learned about brain retraining, which resets your autonomic nervous system, and this seems to be the common denominator that is getting people well who have chronic fatigue syndrome from things such as Lyme, and mold. Your nervous system can get stuck and fight or flight mode even if you yourself feel calm and at peace. Your body cannot heal when your nervous system is stuck in fighter flight.
This brain retraining seems like it will be a game changer, and I am about to get started! Once your nervous system is in a relaxed state, it can suddenly handle things much better. For example, many people in the north east actually have Lyme disease, but they don’t feel sick, and it’s because their nervous system is not stuck in fighter flight. It’s the same with mold. Your body can handle it better when everything is functioning as it should. ❤️

If someone sees this and knows please respond.

    Hello,
I want you to explain you my case and ask you if you think I have mold toxicity problems. Around christmas I started to feel my ear very blocked, and lots of phlegm, facial pressure, and in general feeling ill. I went to the doctor and told me sinusitis and gave me antibiotics. It didnt work, I went back and they told me sometimes sinusitis takes time to go away. Then went to the ENT and did nasal endoscopy and he couldn't see anything wrong. Went to emergency room and they said I was all right. I went to so many doctors and shit. But it is been more than one month and I always have mucus, headaches, dizziness, anxiety attacks, one ear blocked, tinnitus, brain fog, derealization, forehead and temples pressure, skin rashes and itches, etc etc and it doesn't go away, it is making me depressed, it is affecting my life, my work and more important my relationship with my partner. But I can't find what it is, doctors refuse to do an allergy test and my Life is hell, I don't know what I have
I had lots of mold in my window and I cleaned it, but the room still smells moldy, the curtains smells moldy and everyone tells me it is just stress/anxiety
    It is destroying my life
Do tou think it is mold toxicity? And if so, what can I do to get my health back? I want to be myself again

Keep washing everything again and again, go around your room in sections! Get rid of things if you have too! Hope you feel better soon 🙏☀️✨

I was there 10 years ago and did the spore allergen test and showed no allergies to any of the common PNW molds. I even had a CT because of all the digestive abnormalities. No doctor ever found anything. Once I moved out of the apartment I was doing great! Now 10 years later I own a home that is doing it to me again, that’s what made me find this video. This is supposed to be our forever home and we don’t want to move.

I have my second mold illness. Thank you so much for this video. Ha! I wondered why I'm the only one in the store getting zapped when I grab the refrigerator doors! But I drink a lot of water. I lived in Florida where I had multiple mold infiltration. Besides other mold symptoms, I had amnesia for 3 months. I'm now in Connecticut and once again in moldy building! Argh! I'm exhausted, headaches, bad coughing, idiot brain fog (older so I thought dementia). How to find a Mold Dr to treat me here? My FL Dr was an Immunologist/Allergist. I WILL buy Melatonin! Thank you.
My Creatinine goes up and down. Have NA Fatty Liver disease. Dr said Kidney Disease too.
I just bought Liposomal Glutathione to help myself and active charcoal. Sinus nasal spray (w colloidal silver, Olive Leaf Extract and Elderberry) Any suggestions until I can get help?
The Certified Remediation Experts? Stink. Cost a fortune but after remediated the condo still smelled! I lost everything in FL to mold. I'm too sensitive. My Dr said stay away from anything that's even been near mold! I JUST BOUGHT "BREAK THE MOLD!" Thank you Dr. Crista. ❤ I live on SS so low income. Live in low cost HUD Housing. On the list for another Hud Apt Bdg. Argh! Went there the other day and the smell drove me out of the building! Don't know where to go from here!

Try rinsing your sinuses, ears and gurgling with food grade peroxide, trust me it's not toxic in small doses, and is a cheap option, be sure to use distilled water. Read the one minute cure, or flood your body with oxygen by Ed McKay. You should be able to find them in the library. Btw I get my peroxide from Guardian of Eden, best regards.

I recently went to Allergist. She only tested by poking 5 spots on my arm, no other tests! Her conclusion? I don't have mold sensitivity. Since I wrote 4 months ago, I'm getting bad very itchy red blotchy rashes on Both ankles, feet and some up my legs Hydrocortisone takes the itch away. I'm still in mold. Tested as very heavy, management would not tell me what kind, it's thick black all over HVAC or intake. I have them plastic sealed and not using heat.
OMG! I'm a cancer survivor- even tho it was 28 years ago, my left arm has recently become painful with lymphedema! My nose is sensitive to everything.
When sick with mold first time, had multiple molds. I have NA liver disease and just found out I've had Chronic Kidney disease. My Creatinine and my GFR both go up and down. I cannot tolerate tests with CONTRAST. When it's over my lower back hurts right above My waist. OMG Ear ringing gets so loud!
There are lousy mold remediators too. Management sent in Serv Pro- they stink! Idiots used a Hepa Filter blowing out my window while the HVAC was sealed. I had a Fit. The mold was visually seen behind the vent!
I lost a 40 year old friend to black mold. It IS so serious.
AVOIDANCE SOUNDS GOOD. Where to go?
I bought a Fellowes Hepa/Charcoal Filter machine to cover 300 ft. Normal blue light turns orange and red when mold gets stirred up.

Air testing involves drawing one cubic meter of air being drawn through a filter. The filter goes to a laboratory where it is analyzed by A.I. These A.I. programs can recognize both the type of mold and the number of spores.

    • @shannonstone865
      @shannonstone865 4 месяца назад

Accurate definition of air testing thx! Do you think it’s relevant to include that spores are heavier and fall to ground ? Is biology and science of mold, mycology , helpful to include? I’m thinking of mycotoxins and parts of mold colony like hyphae both which are the smaller than spores and not measured in an air test. What if these are more harmful than spores and not measured in air test? I started to worry about this when thinking about brave soldiers exposed to mycotoxins in chemical warfare. So much to consider and I’m curious what changes if any in preventing mold illness. 😊

Our symptoms were confusion fatigue could not breath blindness red dots on skin forgetting everything sleep irritability ear ringing unfortunately I have mold again from a vent leak and have to leave again at this time my sensitivity is because in the home I grew up in the builder never did the proper drainage and every time it rained water poured in and I’m assuming caused mold under the rugs that were only shop vacuumed causing a mold sensitivity

Trust me you will NOT be able to get your doctor to believe you, and why would you want to. You need to find a doctor who is open minded and DON'T need to be convinced you're sick. Believe me I spent thousands on a doctor who ran countless tests and declared me healthy as a horse. When I had the nerves to ask him if "I'm so healthy then why do I feel so awful" he had the nerves to ask me if I've ever been treated for mental illness, then he and his staff started talking to me like I was insane even though before I asked the question they treated me like a normal person. I'm a landlord and a few months earlier one of my rentals flooded and I helped clean up the mess. I knew I had mold toxicity, and later tested positive for several lymes, infectious as well. The test for Lyme and mold was upward of 3k so it's pretty expensive. Sadly my nutritionist ran the test for me but didn't have a clue how to treat me which is why I'm here 😞

It's been over 5 years since my first couple of symptoms and the first inkling that 'something was up'. Since then the symptoms have just kept coming. There's been so many of them, I now think I may have multiple issues. In fact I can tell you it's now gotten so bad that my whole life is full of issues, it's affected (or infected) my work, relationship, family, friends and obviously, my health is at all time low. Depressed, anxious, zero motivation, grumpy... I've lost my mojo. Then there's the physical symptoms which are too many to list right now. Over that time I've seen 8+ doctors, around 3 them said I was imagining things, one even had a laugh while saying it. My partner, with her help has got the whole household NOT believing me. There are way too many people that come and go in this house. (2 bdrm, sometimes 10+people)I did suggest it wouldn't sustain the pressure and the house and people in it would get sick. Actually you may side with them after one more symptom. It's affecting electrical things around me occasionally but consistently. Cars, motorbike, work vehicles, household items. I'm not laughing.
