The Ordinary peptide hair serum worked for me. Lots of new baby hairs. It doesn’t solve everything but it definitely makes a big difference. Haven’t tried Vegamour or Champo, but have heard good things.
I have used Champo and vegamour since my post. I’d say I noticed the most difference with The Ordinary and Vegamour, but The Ordinary is the best value for money. Once my Vegamour has finished, I’ll go back to The Ordinary. Note: it doesn’t treat everything. I notice good results in some parts of my hair, but my front hairline is the biggest issue and so far nothing in the world has made a massive difference to that area. 😕
I’ve since used Champo and Vegamour serums. Vegamour has probably been most effective, closely followed by The Ordinary. Definitely more baby hairs, especially around the temples, but still struggling with androgenetic loss right at the top of my forehead. 😢 (I’ve tried PRP, minoxidil etc etc). I’ve just started using a red light therapy panel. Fingers crossed.
It should be noted that if a person is losing a lot of hair, they might want to see their doctor to find out if there’s a medical reason. There may not be a medical reason, but if there is, it’s good to know.
There was a point last summer when I was losing a scary amount of hair. I was mulling over the reasons for this and started taking Biotin supplements to see if that would curtail the problem. I currently live at home and learned that my brothers were also losing hair too, and landed on the water as a common denominator. A shower filter turned out to be the answer! My hair quit falling out within a week and only started falling out again like 6 months later when it was time to change the filter.
I’ve been shedding a lot of hair recently but have a good hair care routine and I’m not deficient in anything. Seems like I need to give hair oiling a go!
Have you gone to a doctor?? It could be hormones as well. If not, then I would think it could be stress or sometimes it’s genetics. Also i know this could b a little far fetched but what you’re eating and the products you use affect your hair health as well.
For anyone from India who is watching this video who doesn't have access to the innate life or mielle rosemary oil, we can use the vilvah anti hairfall oil. It has rosemary , mint , pumpkin seed etc.
The Mielle hair oil may cause more hair loss for people with thin hair per the Amazon reviews. I will look into the other products Thank you for the tips!!!
Wow that is one of the ones I was wanting to try. I usually make my own but as we know life with a job and family makes everyone busy. Thanks for saying that ❤
I would like to say that there are a lot of counterfeits on Amazon. Amazon doesn’t require the product to sell directly from the company itself. There are many vendors under different products and some don’t sell the real thing so they can save money. That’s why I’m so careful about what food and skin products I buy. I would NEVER purchase the mielle hair oil from amazon. I saw reviews saying it felt watered down and immediately knew people were getting counterfeits.
@@quiriniagstevenson13The drugstores often have Meielle brand rosemary oil . Walgreens does. Each store around needs to be looked at, because a store may be out of things you're looking for at the moment.

U are so pretty .. love your hair .. so do u recommend me to buy the rosemary oil ? Even though u are taking care of hair but u have good genes Mashalla
ok you are too gorgeous i can't 😭👍 but how those curls!!! are they natural? because i saw your young pics where u had straight hair. if u do something to get those bouncy curls please make a vid
Yes I use the scalp oil from innate life now instead it has pumpkin seed in it too! I just wanted to try it.. but once I run out I may just go back to my mixture again.
Oh, I just cannot imagine dealing with all that hair on top ur head I'm a seniorvwoman n I have fairly long silver hair I wanted t cut it bit my friends screamed No Yes, ur hair n tips are great😅
I often use the hers and grande hair peptide shampoo after oiling. They’re more on the cleansing side and good at removing my buildup .. and I double cleanse. But I don’t necessarily use a shampoo that’s labeled as clarifying. But you definitely can ❤️
@@SarahSaleen thank you for your response it was very helpful! Was worried that the clarifying was too stripping but every time I use my inate serum it feels heavy even after double washing with my sulfate free shampoos. and I use about two droppers full. So happy to see you’re using it too! It’s been making my hair grow and getting a lot of baby hairs 😂
Hey Sarah, thanks for this video, I have a question, is it compulsory to always wash out the hair oil after application, can I just oil my hair daily without having to wash it out until wash day?
Hi ! I personally use the Vegamour serum & you don’t have to wash that one out & you can use it daily ! The other serum you can use the night before wash day as a over night treatment or use it a few hours before washing your hair so it soaks it all up but that one does need to be washed out !
Oily hair/scalp is like your body's way of asking for more oil. Your scalp is probably over-producing oil to compensate for not having enough, or to compensate for the oil being stripped out of your hair. So I would recommend oiling, or foregoing shampoo and just using conditioner for a while.

You think doctors care?
They’ll just order a blood test to check your vitals and that’s about it. You do your own research
Everyone at my house has dandruff and im loosing hair starting to think the same thing

Check the water! Sometimes, tap water has minerals or chemicals that will make your hair fall out. It happened to me last year.
