I had to uninstall tiktok for mental health (and time) reasons. But you are one of my favorite creators, so I'm so happy you're uploading on YT! This way I won't feel like I'm missing as much. ❤

Ok you can take some castor oil with rosemary and simmer it then remove the herb and apply to your hair twice a week. Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil. This is a better option than Rogain. Once you stop taking it your hair will fall out.
Best option for amino acids you will get from soaked chia seeds and hemp seed. If you combine them in a smoothie you will get all omega 3 and 6 and all essential and non essential amino acids.
I make a smoothie from a hemp milk that I make and soak the chia seeds in it for 1-2 hours. The. I blend it once fully hydrated with black cumin seeds. I also flavor it with Dutch coco powder lil vanilla and sugar. And a spoon of peanut butter. Tastes like a Reece cup and it’s a nutritionally dense smoothie that fills me up for 4 hrs.

No offense but adults don't usually have the hair they had when they were 4 or 5. Most kids have natural highlights and finer hair and sometimes different texture than when they reach adulthood.

Truth. In my family (maternal side), we have some weird combo of genes where for generations, babies/toddlers have white hair that darkens to black by adulthood. I was the combo breaker who took after my dad - dishwater blonde turned light brown.

About the microneedling, one of the theories about microneedling your skin is that it is the scarring caused by the needles that plumps up your skin. I would never dare to microneedle my scalp out of fear of creating scarring and ruining the hair follicles that way. Thoughts?
And also, don't you think that you should do the rosemary oil and the minoxidil/microneedling on alternate days? Putting an essential oil on a microneedled scalp doesn't sound good to me, and perhaps the oil messes with the minoxidil?
Thank you for this! Love your scientific approach! I've seen two of your videos and I'm about to watch the rest of them. Subscribing!

Ah I can totally see that! I don’t apply the oil to the places where I micro needle. 🥰 Just the minoxidil!

Use Rosemary oil or tea spray instead of Monoxidil. Also Inversion method is done for one week pick a random week each month and not on your period days.

If you are going to do microneedling definitely just invest in a Dr. Pen because the rollers and stamps are impossible to get as clean as they should be for repeat use. I recommend Dr. Pen because I bought a cheaper one first and it didn't work very well and then I found out I couldn't get replacement cartridges.

I enjoy oiling my hair the night (covered with silk scarf) before I go to gym the following morning. My logic is that the overnight effect (heat, less friction) plus heat from working out helps absorption, then I shower it out after my workout.

So a 4 minute research shows that minoxidil is a forever drug, meaning if you stop taking it your hair will likely fall out again. Bad idea. And microneedling??? looks and sounds like torture....ugh!
