I also found lots of comments of people asking what to do if you have frizzy and dry hair, I'll put my haircare routine and some of the products I use. So interesting! I tried so many different products that I eventually got tired of buying them. That’s why I decided to summarize the most convenient and effective steps that help most people.😊🌸
Wow! This is a good guide for now! I honestly have either an oily scalp or sensitive scalp. Lots of things in the video actually can tell lots of people what you can do
I never use heat on my hair (heat iron/staightener). I never blow dry my hair. I never rubb them dry with a towel or anything else. I use a mild shampoo for years now (no silicons, no parabens). I always get rid off excess water after washing the scalp. I used to use coconut oil years ago but stopped because it made my already dry and frizzy hair even worse. 3 years ago I switched to argan oil and it wasn't dooing anything good for my hair either. I never comb my hair because everyone tells you to not comb curly hair. We do not have hard water. And still my hair is very frizzy and super dry. Two days ago I tried the highly praised selfmade linseed gel... I wanted to shave my head afterwards. The only thing it did to my hair was leaving it with white-grey lint/fluff all over... I had to knead my hair with oil to get rid of some lint amount but it was useless. After that my hair was all frizzy again and I had to wash out the rest of the lint. So it was all useless and only caused more work and took more time than my hair care already does. My conclusion: To have healthy thick shiny hair or something close to that you have to be born with it. Otherwise your hair is doomed. Genes are mighty🤨🙄 Some hair types might be able to achieve a shiny look for a couple of days with all so many different drug store products but by using all this chemical stuff you don't do your body and hair any favour on a longterm basis. And your natural hair will look even worse then. Sorry to say that but unfortunetly it's true.
I apologise I hope you don't see my comment inconsiderate, I'm not trying to give unsolicited advice but as med student with humble knowledge I think you have iron deficiency or vitamin d3 deficiency do some lab tests. don't forget about stress or your mental status because no matter how much it gets overlooked, it's one of the prime reasons for hair problems and If you haven't already, try putting a leave-in conditioner right after u shower then brush it while it's wet. if all of this doesn't work I recommend seeing a doctor they'll help you alot.
I think not using a shampoo/ conditioner with silicones is your mistake!! 😭 If you don’t use products with silicones the damage on your hair is 100% visible. Give it a try. 💖
@@IngePinge- do the glass of water test, simply take a clean, product-free strand of hair and put it in a glass of water, if your hair floats at the top you have low porosity hair, if your hair sinks slowly or settles in the middle you have medium/normal porosity hair, and if your hair sinks straight down to the bottom you have high porosity hair
Do you wash tour hair 3 timer of more in a week? Because that van lead to a disregulated scalp. Otherwise lots of water if you don’t is also worth the try. And maybe you should take a critica’s look at your shampoo, alcohol and benzyl alcohol of sulphates can cause issues with your scalp but much more productschap in shampoos can. Maybe you all tried all this but I hope you can find a way to have lees problems with your scalp❤
Omg, this is my first time seeing you, and I am already so impressed. The facts and the science behind it are just awesome. i really loved it .... I am gonna try this for sure 😍🥰🤩😇
I went to a dermatologist, and he told me exactly which shampoo use. It is expensive but i dont need to buy tons of products to try and error... I use the shampoo he told me and other simple shampoo with balanced pH and no perfume. It may not look fancy nor smell glamorous, but my scalp and hair look amazing. Then i aply keratin mask on my mids and ends (i have porous hair). I aply heat protection before blow dry my hair and use mid low heat. I dry to 80% aprox ?) simply let my hair dry its humidity by its own. And when my hair is dry, i aply a little ends oil. In the global equation, this routine is cheaper and efective ❤
it's not water damage it's shampoo damage. yeah it's true water makes hair vulnerable but this only applies to the time it is wet. therefore, when your hair is vulnerable, brush it or applying a drying chemical such as shampoo will damage it
You’re absolutely right! It’s not water damage per se, but rather the damage that can occur from shampooing or brushing while the hair is wet and vulnerable. When hair is wet, its structure is more fragile, making it prone to breakage. This is where hygral fatigue comes into play-it's the weakening of hair due to repeated swelling and contracting from water absorption. That’s why I emphasize using coconut oil as a pre-wash treatment. It helps create a protective barrier against the potentially damaging effects of shampoo, minimizing how much water your hair absorbs during washing. This way, you can keep your hair healthier and lessen the risk of damage. 🤍
Doing the hair routine for 2 weeks! Day 1: Not much difference, still frizzy but my hair feels a lot softer! Day 2: again, frizz is still here but my hair is getting softer! Day 3: dude when is my frizz gonna disappear, at least my hair is so soft now! Day 4: i started using baby shampoo and used my regular shampoo after, it made a huge difference! Day 5:
This is an awesome video. I learnt so much and that's quite rare considering that i always go the extra mile and read a looot on the science behind beauty. I wash my hair 3 times a week or more because i dont look good unless my hair is blow dried well / straight / has vintage like curls. (Theatrical romantic / classic and romantic type -kibbe and kitchener systems). Hence i always have to start from scratch by wetting my hair, otherwise my hair shape is horrendous...
It sounds like coconut oil may not have worked well for your hair, which can happen for some people. If your hair feels thinner and drier, it might be worth trying lighter oils or other moisturizing products instead. It’s important to remember that hair health can be influenced by various factors, not just one product. Changes in hair thickness or dryness can result from factors like environmental conditions, heat styling, diet, or even hormonal changes. If you’ve been experiencing these issues, it might be helpful to look at your overall hair care routine and lifestyle. Oils like argan or jojoba can provide hydration without the heaviness. Additionally, consider incorporating a good conditioner or hair mask into your routine to help restore moisture and improve texture. I hope this helps 🤍
if you have dry and frizzy hair you might want to research if you could have curly hair of some type and change your routine to take care of that curl. my hair seemed straight all my life and was super frizzy, now i found out it's actually curly and needed special care
so much work for me because was using keratin treatment and my hair goes really bad, i need ofc leave in conditioner, laminar water and some more to get it my faults done my hair is like you show frizzy hair at the beginibg and i am always disappointed, need to try because i love long hair.
Yes.. keratin treatments can sometimes leave the hair feeling worse :( It sounds like you’re doing your best to repair it, and adding leave-in conditioners and laminar water can definitely help bring some life back to your hair! Don’t be too hard on yourself-we all go through trial and error when it comes to our hair, and frizz is such a common struggle. Try out different treatments, and the steps I showed in this video. They really work! Hopefully, you’ll find the right routine to bring your long hair dreams back to life! 💖
If you’re talking about putting a big quantity of oil in your hair and then rinsing it in the morning, then yes, it can cause built up and isn’t recommended by doctors. Otherwise putting a small amount of oil hair isn’t bad at all.
When using hair masks, leaving them on your scalp overnight can provide hydration. But if you're doing it wrong, it may also lead to buildup. Heavy masks can attract dirt, clog pores, and cause scalp issues. Try to use lighter oil masks, apply mainly to the hair ends where moisture is needed most. Wash it out regularly to prevent residue buildup.
Which shampoo should we use? And this recommended conditioner also has harmful ingredients such as perfume. Can you please recommend something that does not contain perfume because that leads to hair loss after a while and Irritation.
Sounds like you’re looking for a gentle, perfume-free shampoo for sensitive scalps. You might find options like Vanicream Sensitive Skin Shampoo helpful. It's designed to be mild and free from irritants. Hope this helps 💖
Don't worry it does not suits every hair type, try it for a couple times and if you're hair don't look and feel better and healthy, quit it. Personally it makes my hair horrible. Almond oil suits my hair the best
I am an older (white) woman with thin gray corkscrew-curly hair (somewhere between 2C and 3A) that goes just past my shoulders. Brushing it completely removes the curl and turns it into a frizzy mess, and it's much too tangled to comb. If I don't get it wet in the morning and add conditioner to comb it, then it doesn't curl - just stays a frizzy, tangled mess. I mean, I could have dreads in less than a week. How does a person like me avoid getting my hair wet every day? The things I am doing right - I wash it only once a week, not too aggressively, and let it air dry.
It’s about being intuitive. If you feel you can be more gentle, do try. If you feel conditioners etc and oils aren’t giving you that hydration that’s your hair needs then try hair masks and natural oils. Cold water when rinsing hair is a must.
my mum used to ALWAYS oil my hair. I hated it. she used heated coconut t oil and argan oil and when I tell you, it GREW my hair out like crazy fast. I cut my hair about every year because it was just too long to maintain. I started doing my own hair about 2 years ago and stopped oiling it, my hair didnt grow. Like I last cut my hair March 2023 it's only grown a couple of inches since then (yes ik this is normal for some people but my hair grey SUPER fast before) so imo I would say it works. Just be consistent and take good care of your hair.
Since I am only 12 I try to use natural ways because I am to young but trust I have been using coconut oil for a while and my hair have gotten much more smoother but if it doesn’t suit your hair then find alternatives that’s what my mom says
Hi am Jasmine and I have 3 hair colour and 3 hair types growing up I had a brown hair that look a bit like faded red it was like afro when I got to year 7 I started using coffee as hair product this made my hair change colour to normal brown and it was very straight when I got to the ending of eight grade started using the right hair oils and started growing long strong and think black hair (Question time) 1)Do I have to use 3 different hair types product 2)Is this even possible because I am not lieing 3)How do I make it look even because cutting it is not an option
My hair is long, frizzy, and dull. I'm scared to cut it. Like really scared. I have split ends as well. I want to know what shampoo and conditioner would be best for my hair. It's a moderately oily as well. Please help!!🙏🏻😕
ive got curly to wavy hair, mostly curly, about nose length. every day, i condition my hair, and i straighten them using a blow dryer. i wash them around every 2 days, and i always oil them the night before wash day. is there something im doing wrong? my hair are very dry.
This video is very helpful, thank you! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for clarifying shampoo? Preferably inexpensive. I’d also love heat protectant recs. Thanks! :)
I'm afraid to use coconut oil because I have a problem with oily hair on the skin and dry ends, if I use coconut oil can it affect the oiliness of my hair?
Sure! But if the acidic conditioner isn't doing the job your hair might be super dry. In that case switch to a moisturizing conditioner and see how your curls respond
Garnier has a product, on the bottle I have it says "hair filler + bonding, inner fiber repair treatment" but it has the same acid stuff as the higher end brands and so far I've noticed an improvement. I'm sure they have a conditioner too. I got it as a dupe for the redken one.
I think my hair has a lot of problems from A- Z. When I tested for hair type of porosity, guess what?? Some of my hair floated on the top, some in the middle and some on the bottom @_@ I have thin fine hair, a bit wavy, frizzy & dry on the bottom, oily on the scalp after a few days. My scalp used to be very itchy & now is getting better after I changed my shampoo, but still itchy sometimes. My scalp is dry & flaky too ..
Sometimes it’s best to stick to one product, as using too many can damage your scalp's skin barrier. Try the tips I shared in this video and my last one, and let me know how it goes🤍
Use gentle shampoos and avoid heat styling. Massage your scalp with lightweight oils like argan or rosemary, and consider biotin or iron supplements if necessary. Avoid tight hairstyles that pull on your hair, and consult a doctor if hair loss continues.💖
so throughout my life I've treated my hair badly, and used the wrong products, techniques, and essentials that are not good for my hair. when i use these tips, and my hair comes back to shiny, healthy glass hair, would i still have to use the treatment products forever or will that damage my hair overtime?
Stick with what works for your hair-that’s the key to good hair care. If you stop doing what’s working, your hair will likely return to its previous condition. 🤍
How do i check my hair porosity?cuz apprently that test where u put a hair strand in water only tests the porosity of that strand and ur whole head of hair is diff
This works for your hair, but wont for most people. For ex. coconut oil is an oil that doesnt penetrate hair, so it gives 0 nourshing, its just an occlusive.
I get where you're coming from, but actually, the steps I’ve recommended are science-based and work for most people. Coconut oil, for example, has been shown to protect hair from hygral fatigue when used as a pre-wash treatment. It helps minimize the swelling and contracting that happens when your hair absorbs too much water, which can lead to damage over time. While coconut oil might not deeply nourish for everyone, especially those with low porosity hair, it still provides a protective barrier that’s beneficial for preventing water damage. 🫶🏻
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial So just as I wrote coconut oil is just a way to protect the hair, it doesnt nourish it. In europe it is known that coconut oil works mostly for low porosity hair - wchich is the exact opposite of what you wrote. There was many research made on hair conditioning and there are books about it
1Use a gentle, hydrating shampoo with ingredients like aloe vera or tea tree oil to soothe your dry scalp. 3.Avoid harsh shampoos that strip your scalp of natural oils. 4.Apply a lightweight, non-greasy scalp treatment or serum specifically designed for dryness. 5. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to manage excess oil. 6. Apply conditioner only to the hair ends. 7. Exfoliate your scalp weekly to remove buildup.

(I have 2c - 3a hair so at this point I like to brush out my hair with a wet brush)
- wash out conditioner with cold water (closes the hair follicles and helps reduce breakage form the root while hair is wet)
- put hair up in a t-shirt or microfiber towel while I moisturize my face and body
- split hair into 2 and apply leave-in conditioner (Mielle rosemary mint blend strengthening leave-in conditioner - this also works as a heat protectant) and heat protectant (it's a 10 miracle leave-in product- this is pretty expensive so I only use it when I'm gonna be styling my hair with heat)
- let hair air dry
Weekly :
- Applying oil ( rosemary, or alma) throughout my whole head (scalp and ends)
- Using a hair mask (bought or homemade)
- Using heat
Some tips :
- don't use heat daily
- drink LOTS of water
- take vitamin e supplements (if your balding/thinning)
- if you have frizzy hair, pay attention to moisturizing your hair while it's wet (not dripping wet, but when your hair is around 30% dry)

Tysmmm I ordered coconut oil yesterday it’s coming today!!! I’ll give u guys update✌🏼🎀
How did it go? :)
Update us giirl 🥰
This video was really interesting! Thank you for your hard work and research!
Thanks for appreciating my hard work 🤍🥹👉👈
I never use heat on my hair (heat iron/staightener).
My conclusion:
To have healthy thick shiny hair or something close to that you have to be born with it. Otherwise your hair is doomed. Genes are mighty🤨🙄
Some hair types might be able to achieve a shiny look for a couple of days with all so many different drug store products but by using all this chemical stuff you don't do your body and hair any favour on a longterm basis.
Bro you r so underrated? im so sure that ur channel is gonna be famous and successful !
keep up the work!❤
Thank you sm !! 💖
7:23 make sure that you ACTUALLY need the protein in your hair cause if not you can have protein overload and that can ALSO damage your hair
do you know any ways I can tell if my hair needs protein or not?
Coconut oil is not good for people with low porosity hair.
What is porosity hair?
How to find out if you have low porosity hair?
i have low porosity hair and it works for me
The fact that I have low porosity hair😢😢
@@IngePinge- do the glass of water test, simply take a clean, product-free strand of hair and put it in a glass of water, if your hair floats at the top you have low porosity hair, if your hair sinks slowly or settles in the middle you have medium/normal porosity hair, and if your hair sinks straight down to the bottom you have high porosity hair
My scalp is oily, dry and sensitive all at the same time 😭😭
Do you wash tour hair 3 timer of more in a week? Because that van lead to a disregulated scalp.
Otherwise lots of water if you don’t is also worth the try.
And maybe you should take a critica’s look at your shampoo, alcohol and benzyl alcohol of sulphates can cause issues with your scalp but much more productschap in shampoos can.
Maybe you all tried all this but I hope you can find a way to have lees problems with your scalp❤
Might be a dehydrated scalp ❤
Yessss
same 😶🌫 My scalp is oily on the second day after the wash, but also has dry spots, and also red irritated spots, so 3 in 1
inflamed
6:52 ok im picky and not a healthy eater but these are all foods i love and i love haircare!!! (except for salmon)
Salmon is sooo good. But you could eat mackerel instead 🫶🏻
Omg, this is my first time seeing you, and I am already so impressed. The facts and the science behind it are just awesome. i really loved it .... I am gonna try this for sure 😍🥰🤩😇
Ty so much! Im trying to get long, healthy hair, and i hope it will help
You’re welcome !! I really hope it works for you 🤍🌟
I went to a dermatologist, and he told me exactly which shampoo use.
Use shampoo without fragrance. Makes it much better
0:15 I ALWAYS USE THAT! 😢
You are my favorite youtuber you are the best !
Woow thank you! 🥹👉👈💖
I have got frizzy and dull hair. Pls say me what should I do?? And which shampoo and conditioner I should use?
Try out an acidic conditioner, check if you have hard water and use coconut oil as your pre shampoo! 🥥✨
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial thank u much 💞
I loved this video! It was super helpful and I feel like it was incredibly easy to digest, thanks lovely ❤
Day 5:
Love this !! I’m so excited to see how it goes for you 🥰🥰🤍
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial ty!
I am obsessed with that shine ✨ ❤
Me too 🤩
I really love this video actually after watching this video I got to know the reasons of my problem fizzy hairs 😢 thankyou soo much ❤
This is an awesome video.
Hence i always have to start from scratch by wetting my hair, otherwise my hair shape is horrendous...
i have low prosity hair and coconut oil is not good for these kind of hairs, so can i apply it, if not then what can i apply instead?
Thanks to this video I put coconut oil in my hair like in 2020 and my hair feels thinner and drier now after wash and blowdry
Is almond oil good or not good for curly hair?
Yes but i prefer argan or jojoba oil 💖 I love almond oil for my body🧴😍
What type of leave in conditioner do u recommend for dry and frizzy hair
Loreal and tresme is really good option
if you have dry and frizzy hair you might want to research if you could have curly hair of some type and change your routine to take care of that curl. my hair seemed straight all my life and was super frizzy, now i found out it's actually curly and needed special care
Biosilk 🤍
good point! 💖
@@garden_creature thx
so much work for me because was using keratin treatment and my hair goes really bad, i need ofc leave in conditioner, laminar water and some more to get it my faults done my hair is like you show frizzy hair at the beginibg and i am always disappointed, need to try because i love long hair.
Yes.. keratin treatments can sometimes leave the hair feeling worse :( It sounds like you’re doing your best to repair it, and adding leave-in conditioners and laminar water can definitely help bring some life back to your hair! Don’t be too hard on yourself-we all go through trial and error when it comes to our hair, and frizz is such a common struggle. Try out different treatments, and the steps I showed in this video. They really work! Hopefully, you’ll find the right routine to bring your long hair dreams back to life! 💖
doesnt sleeping with oil in hair (scalp maybe?) is bad beacuse it can cause built up?
Whatever you do, don’t use coconut oil that is used for cooking.
Where do I get coconut oil for my hair???
Try look at local stores or anywhere you can find oils it’s pretty easy to find
Which shampoo should we use? And this recommended conditioner also has harmful ingredients such as perfume. Can you please recommend something that does not contain perfume because that leads to hair loss after a while and Irritation.
Sounds like you’re looking for a gentle, perfume-free shampoo for sensitive scalps. You might find options like Vanicream Sensitive Skin Shampoo helpful. It's designed to be mild and free from irritants. Hope this helps 💖
I have fine hair but a lot of it. Don't like heavy product in my hair. I like coconut oil shampoo & conditioner. Only a little product afterwards.
but i hate coconut oil 😟
Why?
No one cares😊
Olive oil, castor oil, avocado oil and so much more
It’s just to protect your hair from water damage 🫶🏻 If you don’t like the texture try a lighter formulated product with coconut oil in it.
Try to use a foaming mousse instead of water and scrunch it. For your hair type it's crucial to use a microfiber towel after showering. Hope it helps
Thanksss alotttt your this video helped me alott!!!!❤
Yayyy 💖🥹
Has anyone actually done this & seen a REAL result?
It’s about being intuitive. If you feel you can be more gentle, do try. If you feel conditioners etc and oils aren’t giving you that hydration that’s your hair needs then try hair masks and natural oils. Cold water when rinsing hair is a must.
Hi, I started with the coconut oil and gosh did it work! It leaves my hair smooth and shiny, I love it
No
All the points she said are justifi3d by the reasons she gave I dont see why you shouldn't do it. Do it and be amazed
my mum used to ALWAYS oil my hair. I hated it. she used heated coconut t oil and argan oil and when I tell you, it GREW my hair out like crazy fast.
I would recommend watering down the coconut oil a little bit for hair that can easily get greasy😜
I came for the hair tips, but that salmon 😋
Yummy 😋💘
I should apply the argan oil every night, right??
Once a week is enough 💖
Since I am only 12 I try to use natural ways because I am to young but trust I have been using coconut oil for a while and my hair have gotten much more smoother but if it doesn’t suit your hair then find alternatives that’s what my mom says
Our moms are always right 💖🥹
I am a hair lover for the past 3 years, ask me questions and ill answer you
Hi am Jasmine and I have 3 hair colour and 3 hair types growing up I had a brown hair that look a bit like faded red it was like afro when I got to year 7 I started using coffee as hair product this made my hair change colour to normal brown and it was very straight when I got to the ending of eight grade started using the right hair oils and started growing long strong and think black hair
(Question time)
1)Do I have to use 3 different hair types product
2)Is this even possible because I am not lieing
3)How do I make it look even because cutting it is not an option
What the best routine for curly hair and dry scalp?
My hair is long, frizzy, and dull. I'm scared to cut it. Like really scared. I have split ends as well. I want to know what shampoo and conditioner would be best for my hair. It's a moderately oily as well. Please help!!🙏🏻😕
what can i do to get rid of dandruff?
ive got curly to wavy hair, mostly curly, about nose length. every day, i condition my hair, and i straighten them using a blow dryer. i wash them around every 2 days, and i always oil them the night before wash day. is there something im doing wrong? my hair are very dry.
This video is very helpful, thank you! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for clarifying shampoo? Preferably inexpensive. I’d also love heat protectant recs. Thanks! :)
I think watching The blowout professor channel will be best! He gives great shampoo recommendations
Odele & Eden BodyWorks 🤍
Thanks so much you save my hair.❤
Happy to help!💖
Can the mask work without egg and avocado?
Yes, add mayonnaise ! 🤍
I'm afraid to use coconut oil because I have a problem with oily hair on the skin and dry ends, if I use coconut oil can it affect the oiliness of my hair?
Does this also work for curly hair ?
Sure! But if the acidic conditioner isn't doing the job your hair might be super dry. In that case switch to a moisturizing conditioner and see how your curls respond
5:20 I wouldn't call redken affordable...
Yes, you're right. My bad 🫶🏻
Nexxus Ensure is another very good option for an acidic conditioner. A great detangler.
Garnier has a product, on the bottle I have it says "hair filler + bonding, inner fiber repair treatment" but it has the same acid stuff as the higher end brands and so far I've noticed an improvement. I'm sure they have a conditioner too. I got it as a dupe for the redken one.
I love how shiny coconut oil makes my hair but I have to keep it away from my scalp or a lot of my hair falls out
You can use a mix of almond, jojoba and rosemary oil for your scalp !! 😍 I love it 🫶🏻
can you suggest which leave in conditioner is good?
i dont use any type of conditioner bcz after using it causes too much hairfall
Have you tried Biosilk? 🤍
I think my hair has a lot of problems from A- Z. When I tested for hair type of porosity, guess what?? Some of my hair floated on the top, some in the middle and some on the bottom @_@
I have thin fine hair, a bit wavy, frizzy & dry on the bottom, oily on the scalp after a few days.
I have a quetion, what are good shampoos for thin hair?
Guys, do you have any suggestions for a sis ? 💖
Excellent video
Thanks a lot 🥰
does this video apply to curly/wavy hair as well?
yes ofcourse!!!
Not really, except for the coconut oil and hair masks but you don't really have to worry about all the water damage.
It does! 🤍
hii, if i have oily scalp , should i use a salycilic shampoo per day or passing day?
Passing day
Passing day and then adjust it to your needs 🤍
I have scalp psoriasis please recommend a hair routine for that
what about thinning hair and hairfall for women?
Use gentle shampoos and avoid heat styling. Massage your scalp with lightweight oils like argan or rosemary, and consider biotin or iron supplements if necessary. Avoid tight hairstyles that pull on your hair, and consult a doctor if hair loss continues.💖
I also wanted to ask if we can use rosemary oil for a normal scalp ?? and if I can put aloe vera before my hair wash to ig to prevent water damage?
Castor oil is good too ❤
Yes 😊 But I hate how sticky it is 😭💖
so throughout my life I've treated my hair badly, and used the wrong products, techniques, and essentials that are not good for my hair. when i use these tips, and my hair comes back to shiny, healthy glass hair, would i still have to use the treatment products forever or will that damage my hair overtime?
Stick with what works for your hair-that’s the key to good hair care. If you stop doing what’s working, your hair will likely return to its previous condition. 🤍
How do i check my hair porosity?cuz apprently that test where u put a hair strand in water only tests the porosity of that strand and ur whole head of hair is diff
I love you so much 😭💕
I tried this and I found out that my hair type my skull needs the Shea butter shampoo and conditioner😊
So happy for you 🥰
I dont like showers, could u make one if u only do baths?
noted 🤍
Thank u so much for the info!😊
You’re welcome 🫶🏻
You're saying not to shampoo lengths but how am I going to remove that HEAVY coconut oil??? 4:03
What happens when that's the one thing that you're allergic to? Coconut is my enemy. I can't have it in any form. Edibles, lotion, soaps, or oils.
Try jojoba, argon, olive, avocado, or any other oils.
should you use a lamellar water treatment every wash?
You totally can ! 🥰
There was many research made on hair conditioning and there are books about it
I keep it science based. You do you 🤍🫶🏻
@@BeautyTheoryOfficial Thats exactly what I wrote. You do You, but be aware that not everything works for everyone
what if you have dry scalp but really oilly hair what do i use
1Use a gentle, hydrating shampoo with ingredients like aloe vera or tea tree oil to soothe your dry scalp.
3.Avoid harsh shampoos that strip your scalp of natural oils.
4.Apply a lightweight, non-greasy scalp treatment or serum specifically designed for dryness.
5. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week to manage excess oil.
6. Apply conditioner only to the hair ends.
7. Exfoliate your scalp weekly to remove buildup.
I love your vids😁
I love youuu!!! 🤍🤍
Aw....but I use coconut oil (I have normal scalp)
Is there an alternative for Avocado for the hair mask at the end? They're pretty expensive here :(
Try mayonnaise 🤍
After washing my hair i comb my hair and it becomes every frizzy and I have wavy hair
Throughout my life i used coconut oil so what.????? Its always the same 😢
How did you use it ?
Is coconut oil recommended for low porosity hair?
It's not, since it's a heavier oil however if you'd like to try it it might be worth giving it a go
yes!! its one of the best options
I’ve responded to a similar comment where I tried to explain things in a simple and effective way. Hope this helps 🫶🏻
what about virgin coconot oil tho ? is it on the leaning more to the lighter oils than regular coconut oil or not ?
Thank you for sharing great information.
Thank you for watching ! 🤍
Allergic to coconuts 😩
try castor oil
noooOOoOoOOoOOoOwoowo
Try castor oil
YESSSS
Ughh I'm so sorry! I'll try to mention some alternatives in my future videos 🤍
er du dansker? Jeg kan tage fejl, men du lyder meget dansk. og jeg elsker forresten denne video!❤️
Noo I’m not haha but I’m glad you like the vid 💖
What is the next best thing to use (I'm allergic to coconut oil)?
sweet almond oil, olive oil, sunglower oil, argan oil, jojoba oil, macadamia oil, inca inchi oil
