Thanks for this recipe! I just made this today and can’t wait to use it to make my Nigerian husband some Jollof rice! 😁
Thank you so much young lady for your beautiful sauce. I am from the USA and always looking for recipes from around that world.
I will make it my mission to locate the peppers. Will let you know once I make this beautiful sauce.
I see you cooking with gold right there ( I mean the onions)😂😂😂 I look forward to your videos every week.
It’s real gold right now 😂

Thanks so much for the recipe, I tried it today and I love it....please how long can it stay in the fridge. Thanks.
I am definitely going to use this method. I'm all about prepping and saving time!!👌🏽👌🏽
Awesome 😊
Very useful
Thanks for the video. Please what option did you use for blending using the ninja blender!
Thanks for the video. Very informative. What about sombo? Would you substitute it for tatashe or use half the tatashe with sombo in the mixture?
Hi Bukie.
Please, what model of Ninja blender do you use?
Thank you for this informative video.
You’re welcome
I like this recipe. Please what kind of blender did you use? I'd like to have it
Great hack! Thanks for sharing sis 👌🏽
You’re welcome
A good job done. Please is the tatashe you're using the same as red bell peppers. Thank you.
Can I like this video more than once😍.....Thanks sooooo much for this video...you are awesome.
You’re welcome 😊
Just a great, informative video. Definitely going to try. BTW have to add ... you must be a model or beauty queen in your area. 🤗😀
I use a little more tomatoes than tatashe. I will be giving your method a try. Thanks for sharing. Have a blessed week 🥰
I also used to buy I prefer this method now 😁
You are a delight to watch
How do you cook it after freezing?
Thanks for the video. Will definitely try this method. The glass storage bowls are not avaliable from the instagram handle you provided I just checked for them
That’s where I got these from, I’ll see if I can find another supplier and update the link.
Thank you for the video. Do you use bawa/shombo at all? How do you rid the small tatashe of bitter taste please?
I don’t use shombo for my pepper mix, it has a distinct taste that I don’t really like but it’s great in my Moi Moi mix. The Tatase taste doesn’t stand out to me once it’s mixed with the tomatoes and onions.
Is it OK to use tin tomato with boil pepper
Thank you so much for sharing..comes in so so handy.. Definitely making mine this week. Oh the glass jars, I never used them for storage, do plastic instead, where did you get yours pls?
You’re welcome. The glass jars are so much better, they don’t discolor or smell. I’ve put the link for the glass jar in the description box.
Nice time saving hack! So, how do you use the pepper mix to make stew?
I’ll post a stew recipe soon
Your knife looks so sharp 😍
Super sharp, one of my pet peeves is dull knives 😭
For me, blunt knife is dangerous and it makes work in the kitchen really slow.
What about if we have only red bell peppers
Weldone Km,the video is insightful.I noticed my pepper separates after defrosting, and doesn't come out nicely like freshly blended what can I do to avoid this?
It’s probably because of the ice that formed when it froze. Does it affect your cooking though?
Hi Bukie.. your videos always inspire me 🙏🏽👍🏾🙌🏾 Well done for creating amazing content 🥰😘😍❤️ I don’t usually leave comments on SM, 🙈 but this one got me..I’m all about cooking hacks and saving time.. 🤦🏽♀️😊
I have 2 questions pretty please
1. For those living in the diaspora, we tend to use chopped or peeled tomatoes, how will that work with the boiling process?
2. I noticed that after you blended the pepper you didn’t boil it again, was that because you already boiled it and it does not need boiling again.
Thank you, look forward to your reply!😘🙏🏽👍🏾
Hi Busstop, you can just steam everything else and then blend with the plums or chopped tomatoes when it cools. I didn’t boil it after blending cos I boiled it before blending. Thanks for watching 😊
@@thekitchenmuse Thank you. Will be trying I out. God bless the works of your hand 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
@@thekitchenmuse please did you cover the pot all the way while boiling or leave it uncovered?
Its d blender for me mehn!!!!
It’s a ninja blender, it has ninja moves 😂😂
@@thekitchenmuse i dont doubt u at all
Why did she cook it 🤔🤔🤔???
Why does she not say red pepper so we understand what shes on about.
She used two different types of pepper though, and they are both red so perhaps that might have been less helpful
