10 - Habanero Peppers
1 - Bulb Of Garlic
About 2 Thumb Sizes Of Ginger
5 - Bay Leaves
Star Anise
6lbs 10oz Can Tomatoes You May Use Fresh Ones
5cups - Tomato Paste
1/4cup - Chicken Powder
2tbsp - Salt
2tbsp - Rosemary
1tbsp - Smoked Paprika
1/4cup - All Purpose Seasoning
Thyme - tt
Ground Anise - tt
Curry Powder - tt

Blessings from Chicago my sister. I take out as much oil as I can then water bath can your sauce because, I have no freezer space. I can in pints and 1/2 pints. The sauce is a great addition to the pantry.
I used to live in my dads family house back home and there was this woman who I didn’t know was related to my mom. She sneaks out to give me food and the smell of her stew was one of the best just watching you reminds me so much of her. Watching you keep me closer to my lost mom’s family

Is it common in the industry to add some baking soda/powder to the tomato sauce to cut the acidity? I believe butter is also used in some instances.
The Italians cook their bolognese sauce for more than an hour as they say the longer is cooks the better it tastes.

What if you don’t want the rosemary to be seen sooo you blend it with the onion pepper ginger and garlic from the beginning
