I used one lug nut and my impact and it worked for all 10, although I did mess up like 3 lug nuts threads due to the fact I didn’t use any washers or 2 lug nuts but the studs threads held up just fine and I got all 10 tightened next time I’ll use the washers so I don’t waste lug nuts but
@@NoeHernandez-w7j look man mechanic to mechanic, I agree with you 100%, but I was giving that job when no else would do it and this lady needed to get to Washington for a funeral, I would never do that to my own tool, but under the circumstances, and with live time warranty on my tools, I had to do what I had to too get the job done. I was careful and didn't damage the tools. I'm sorry for breaking your mechanic heart
Thanks man! I owe you my life, I was about to give up
Glad my video can help, I'm waiting to get another camera so I start filming for this channel again. Never give up bro there is always a way
Same I'm about to rage quit thanks for the tip
@@jiovannyhernandez4035 sorry about late response, you can rage a lil bit lol but remember there's always a way
4 thicker sized washers works great
Right in front of me. I was looking all over my place for something as spacer and then found your video 😂 thanks
4 half inch washers and an impact does the job too!
Bro a genius
Best quick video on the net..

Thank you for this video!
your very welcome, that's what i make the videos for. cause sometimes you don't have the right tool, but there's always a way
@@nawaautomotive5053 Exactly! Thank you for what you do!
Nice trick!
Only thing I’d suggest is not to use only box end not flare cause it spreads the jaws
@@Whitemike_313 I agree with you it is ideal, but that's all I had to work with to get the job done, job done customer was happy all that matters
If u got a bunch of washers just laying around thick ones to
use them 🤝
@@alexisjimenez8898 did not have that, I have to use what I have available at the time
Fuck yeah bud needed this thanks
What if I don't have an impact?
Can I still use hand tools?
@@felixpantoja3270 you can yes I've done it multiple times but it definitely is a slow process
Why not use one wrench and the roter on backwards?
@@JohnBruno-yi1ex fuck I never thought about that I'm going to have test that out. Thank you sir
Youre awesome 💯
Your beveled lug nut is going to be screwed and your line wrench is going to be stretched and squeezed
@@maxosman610 well I can assure you that nothing happened to my tools I was able to use them perfectly on 14 other cars
I used 1 wrench and a washer lmao just did studs yesterday
@@doughartwell5319 awesome for you that great, but I had to use what I had available, and this worked and got the job done
I did something similar but I was worried about it pressing against the studs
@@austinhernandez2716 if you line up right and go slow it wont rub on the threads, just be careful is all
use a socket as spacer

Brilliant 🎉
How do I take off a stripped lug off the stud

Thanks good man!
WAIT A SECOND THATS CRAZY
Ima try a pipe tomorrow should work
I love all these videos using air tools and shit like show the method with labor
Lisle sells a tool for this
Freeze the lugs for 2hrs first.
Why?
I used an alternator Bearing I had lying around
I just use washers and a old lug nut
Just use the tyre
Doesnt work on trucks :( ruined threads
That's why you use an axle nut
I tried this method they don’t work unless you got a IMPAC
Yes you do need to use a impac for the stud, I even mentioned in the vid of using the impact
Use a bunch of washers
@@drhydro8346does it have to be a Air impact? Or impact tool?
