@@YourRocknRollRealtor any hope that the Laurel Canyon properties will be protected as historically significant? At least, in part? There are few towns in the US where they are protected.
Wow, built in 1911, abutting an iffy steep slope that may or not be bedrock, and yet no history of fires, mudslides or earthquakes in that area after 100+ years as far as you know, and it's still standing? That's one strong old, Lady of The Canyon. I'd buy it... ❤
This house will go in a minute! It is in great shape. I would leave as is but take down the brick colored wallpaper and the flowery one. I do not see a lot of work to be done!
if any area or neighborhood in LA is Hip & Cool, it's more than likely way out of most people's price range. the main reason that those old school Rock people lived there was because it was affordable in the middle 1960's. the same thing goes for Venice beach.
1.3 mil overpriced. No joke. While I like the unique features, you would have to pour in another 1.3 mil to get it modernized. Yes, but keep the unique features.
Such a great and unique house!
I really hope this place wasn't gutted in a renovation...all those old features are so, so special
I totally agree!

I wouldn't change anything. Maybe a coat of paint here and there but that would be it
I agree. So charming. I actually liked the wall paper.

I live the safe in the wall..lol
That's all old growth clear heart redwood molding and trim. You can't even touch a dump here in Silicon Valley for under a million.

Yes, they were paying $150 or $200 a month for normal sized LC houses in the late 60s.
@@anneraso5621 and with a few people pooling the rent they could afford Laurel Canyon .
@@robertmartinez4174 This is actually reasonably priced compared to everything else in Laurel Canyon.
How much $$$???
the house looks hunted
All the better. 😏👻

It's sad and maybe not that ironic to see the clerk of this store in a face m.ask.
