I wonder why Steve McQueen and his wife relocated to Nicholas Canyon so soon after. Did they sell Laurel Canyon home then? Wonder if Laurel Canyon was too small. Thanks for the insight! I can just see Steve zooming up this street on his motorcycle.
Steve was becoming a movie star, moving on from TV, and wanted to live that life. They also had two small kids and the Laurel Canyon house would have been way too small for the family. I would assume they sold the LC house, I read that they bought it for 17,000 USD and probably made a small profit off of it.
@@SteveMcQueenForever I was reading some Manson stuff online because I heard there was a McQueen connection. Not sure if true, but one investigator said that Steve McQueen was on The Manson Family hit list along with Frank Sinatra and others. Yikes.
