Becky! Since I stumbled upon your channel, my life has improved so much. Although I live in a tropical country and in an apartment building, I still can make small differences. I now ordered all my spices bulk from overseas, and will make my own spice blends. I also started balcony gardening. I am aiming to grow herbs mainly as they are very expensive here in Grocery Stores! and maybe some cherry tomatoes as I heard they are suitable for balcony gardening! I just want to thank you for inspiring me!
Oh yay! Fall recipes begin! I’m watching the chat I missed with you & your husband. Tell him he did such a great job he should definitely be on more often! I’m super excited about all the preserving you’re doing! I’ll be patiently waiting for this premiere. Much love from Western KY! ✌🏻❤️🙏🏻🌻
Can’t wait to see your recipe. I made my own pumpkin spice coffee creamer last week. I am very pleased with it. I make my own because I want them to be sugar-free and I want to be able to know the ingredients that are in it. I’d love it if you had other kinds of coffee-creamer recipes too. I’m having trouble finding a good recipe. Thanks Becky. Love your channel.
oh yes Karine can you share your recipe, like you i want sugar free but healthier, not all the crazy ingredients. I’m also wanting to try and find a peppermint mocha sugar free. I love my coffee with 3-5 tbsp , i know its alot, i just love it creamy😋🤗thanks christy
So this is a syrup more than a creamer but I add cream in my coffee so, same difference right? The recipe is as follow. 2 cups of water, 1 cup of Truvia white sugar, 1/2 cup Truvia brown sugar, 1 tsp of vanilla extract, 1tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp of nutmeg, 1 tsp of dried ginger, (you can put 1/4 tsp of powdered cloves but I don’t like it so I omit it), 1/4 cup of pureed pumpkin (not the pie filling, just pumpkin). Bring all to a boil to dissolve the sugars and let cool. You can decant to avoid the deposit but I don’t mind it. Plus, it’ll all fall to the bottom by itself so if you don’t stir it, you’ll be able to discard it at the end. Let me know how it turns out for you!
I also make my own extracts so for the peppermint and mocha I would make a simple syrup with the water and sugars but would use some peppermint and cacao extract I made to flavour it. Not sure how it would turn out but you are giving the idea to try it out. Thank you!
@@karinepaquet7513 OMG🤗 I’m so excited to try this. I use Truvia all the time so this is awesome . I will definitely make it and let you know how it goes🤗 Thanks Christy

THANKYOU so much!! I’m Australian and we cannot get pumpkin spice, pumpkin pie, pumpkin lattes (any USA pumpkin fall recipe basically) here. Thank you for this video! I am a late convert to pumpkin spice. Now I can’t get enough of it. One of the many great recipes I’ve received from you.
🎃☕ Fall is my favorite time of year! And this looks fantastic! Can't wait to try this recipe!
Love it! I just finished my pumpkin latte but your homemade version sounds so much tastier!
I love when you put the ingredients on the screen!!
Made this last week- loved it! Did not bother to strain. We drink Arabic coffee so we are used to having stuff in our coffee!
What!?!?? No way!! I totally am making this tomorrow. I have cream and pumpkin and maple syrup
I hope you love it! !
It was fabulous!! Thank you so much for sharing!!
Thank you so much Silk has not come out with their pumpkin creamer this year and this is so much healthier!!
This is great! Making your own spice blends and creamer is definitely healthier and more cost effective. I will definitely give this a try. Loved it! 💖
I just discovered this! At the end of your sweet potatoe growing season you can snip off the ends of the vines, root them and you have new slips. I'll be growing mine in a small green house.
That's so cool!!
Love this. I added cardamom in mine, extra ginger, and a dash of black pepper to make it a chai spice.
Who doesn't like pumpkin! It's the best thing since sliced bread (okay, it was there way before, haha). Savoury and sweet - love it all!
I love your energy. I'd even watch you make liver and onions! Ugh. Your explanations are so understandable.
Put up everything you can girl. Times are gonna start getting tougher!!! Stay safe and stock up!!
You are so full of energy and such a hard working Becky. Love your videos.
Youre wonderful!! I dont know where you get the energy from, but its totally motivating! Ceylon is the former name of Sri Lanka and they are known for their spices and Ayurveda, so it totally makes sense! I will incorporate some of your ideas in my tropical cooking tv show and will NOT FORGET to mention you when I do! Hugs from the Dominican Republic #Masterchef #itssohothere
THANKYOU so much!! I’m Australian and we cannot get pumpkin spice, pumpkin pie, pumpkin lattes (any USA pumpkin fall recipe basically) here. I’ve watched many videos and they all use canned pumpkin.. which you guessed it.. we cannot get here in Australia. This way I can make my own from scratch. “Coffee creamer” isn’t a thing here either (we just add milk) so I’m keen to try this one day soon.
I'm adding this to my scratch made list along with the vanilla! Can't wait to try this!
I never had pumpkin spice coffee before this is delicious. Thank you for all your great ideas and recipes
Just made a batch of this last night, but used half and half instead of milk and cream. It's sooo tasty! Thank you for sharing!
It actually feels like fall here in Lake County! Got a doozey wind last night and rain and the 3 trees around that are not juniper or pine have turned yellow! Perfect video this morning!

Morning Becky
We in the rsa don't celebrate the seasons as much.. Fall is over Easter and then Easter is the highlight. It can take 2 months at some places to become winter.. The winter can very from well sub below to nice mild winter temperatures. We never have snow at our town.
Warm greetings from Rustenburg, South Africa
Wow! Just made the blend and the coffee creamer. Love it! The only thing I changed was, I used Agave instead of the maple syrup. Agave is very low in the glycemic index, which is better for diabetics like me. You should do a cookbook. Love everything you make.
I made your creamer recipe . Honestly that is the best pumpkin spice creamer I have ever had. Thanks for sharing
Just made these two, and they turned out really good. Thank you for sharing! One more thing to share. 🥰
Ok, so I just had to tell you how much my husband and I love watching your videos together. We absolutely adore you and very lovingly, call you "The Hot Mess Express" because you are not afraid to make a mistake, own it and show everyone so we can all learn together and you always look like a rock star doing it! As we watched your baby shower meal prep video the other night we realized...you and I are basically the same person hahahaha my husband was having a great laugh as we simultaneously realized maybe this is why you bring us so much joy and are so relatable to us
Wow Lisa thank you so much! This melts my heart! I’m so glad you enjoy it and the recipe is yummy :)
I love how your Channel is so versitile, some Short and Sweet Videos and some really long ones, so there is always a video to watch!

I have literally just made this... and OMG!!!!! It's like a little taste of heaven in my coffee. It's like visiting my son in the states in fall. X
I absolutely love you. I never realized all the things I could make myself. You have opened up All new things for me, even being in an apartment And not able to have a garden
I love watching you. It’s been fun watching your channel grow too!
I'm glad I found your channel, because I love pumpkin. I'm like you, I rather make my own pumpkin spice, creamer and I'm going to make my pumpkin syrup. Thank you so much!

I have to say first thing I noticed was your beautiful nail polish color! I love everything pumpkin spice! I love this creamer! I will have to make some asap.
Love pumpkin and pumpkin seeds. My Dad and I learned how to cook down pumpkin and roast pumpkin seeds when I was a teenager. Instant pot has make it easier.
Fantastic! Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your homemade pumpkin pie spice, and PS coffee creamer with us! ☺️❤️
I’ve not been watching your channel for very long, but you came up in my feed when I was searching batch cooking and freezer meals, and you’re doing with your garden and homestead what we’re working towards achieving with ours. I watch you so often, now, and your recipes, tips and tricks have already proven themselves to be great assets towards our goals of a largely self-sustainable way of life.☺️❤️
You are so welcome! YAY! I'm excited for you!!
