Tinned pumpkin beginning to be a bit more popular in the shops here in UK now. Will have to get some and try this recipe. Thanks for your continued ideas. Always something to learn.
I love the taste of fall, too! I like refrigerated liquid creamers, and if I make something like ice cream that calls for cream and/or half 'n' half, I use it in my coffee to finish it up. This recipe sounds absolutely amazing! I usually make a powdered creamer for myself and company, because it is shelf-stable. I'll make a vanilla, a mocha, and a pumpkin spice. My recipe doesn’t have pumpkin in it, so I'm seriously considering dehydrating a can of it and powdering it up to add to that recipe. Besides making it more authentic, you are getting the benefits of the vegetable, like vitamin A and fiber.
Awesome! I want to try this, so now I need to get the ingredients! I will have to try that coffee! We have a place about a half hour from us that sells it! Also, LOVE your mug!! Thank you so much for all you do!! I am learning a lot and Thank you again!!! ❤ From East TN 🧡
Thanks for sharing! Finally a pumpkin spice recipe that looks like I would use...LOL, I too use half n half and if I use a little something now and again, it has to be sweet enough. Looks perfect, I'm going to make this as soon as I make some sweetened condensed milk, as I appear to be out. 🥰
It's good in pancakes and cream of wheat or oatmeal.😊
I love pumpkin anything , THANK YOU JINNE

You could put the leftover pumpkin in the freezer for next time.
Or put it in ice cube trays and freeze it!

I don’t usually put sugar in my coffee. Just cream. I wonder if it would be good to just add evaporated milk for the SCM?
Hey Jenni, I was wondering you called That
Pumpkin spice do you mean pumpkin pie Spice , or is this something you made up with Different seasoning's?
Yes, pumpkin pie spice.
