    I made my own "creamer" by just infusing my home made almond milk with the spices and vanilla and it turned out great - dairy free and sugar free diabetic craving coffee creamer lol

      I use my home made cashew creamer and add the spices. A handful of flaked dried coconut can be added to the cashew soak for an hour or two, drain and blend.

    Not to bust any bubbles 😂 Starbucks uses a mix consisting of pumpkin, condensed sweetened milk, pumpkin spice extract, & 1 or 2 preservatives. It's as orange as orange can be because of the pumpkin. I love it so much which is why I found your recipe! I will incorporate a lil of all the recipes I suppose 😂 I'm ok with adding the cream when making my coffee. Thank You for this tutorial! 💖

    Thank you for using a rubber scraper instead of a metal spoon or fork as some RUclipsrs do, we appreciate it.

    I use monk fruit and milk. You can cook it down to a condensed milk and it is delicious without the harmful effects of sugar
    You can enhance the spices by first cooking your dry spices. It really enhances the flavor and makes your home smell beautiful. After cooking the dry spices a few minutes then add your pumpkin purée and cook it up in the spices. I then add my homemade condensed milk and cook it till all the goodies are dissolved. Afterwards I let it cool and then add my four cups of milk (heavy cream)
    🎃

    I'll use my own fresh pumpkin, sc milk and cream but otherwise thanks for the great idea! Also will be pressure canning as I'll never go through that much creamer.......I say knowing full well the more flavored creamer I have the more the more coffee I'll drink 😂

    I roaster some fresh butternut Squash with a Bob of butter lil nice and caramelised in an air fryer, then I pealed & mashed it then added to this recipe instead of using the tin of organic pumpkin as that is hard to find here in Qld Australia 🇦🇺😉🌝🎃 still tasted amazing

    Looks yummy. I make mine close to yours. I use almond milk and coconut condensed milk instead. It also last longer in the frig. Instead of maple syrup, I add a dab of brown sugar. 🎉

      I haven't tried this recipe yet, but I do freeze a lot of different items - including a coffee creamer. It freezes well. I put it in ice cube trays until frozen then put the cubes in a freezer bag for longer storage. The cubes won't freeze as hard as ice and you will probably need to pry them out of the ice cube tray. I can't tell you how much money I have saved by freezing creamer instead of letting it go bad. Good luck - hope it works out well for you.

      @@latmcb9863 I haven't tried freezing as of yet. But, it's not a bad idea! I generally stock up on pumpkin after the holidays for next year, (I'm loaded for bear) so I may give it a shot and see how it does... Thanks!!!

    I wonder if you have recipe for vegan heavy cream? Because I m allergic diary from animals. I mostly use rice milk, soy milk, plant milk, nut milk and hardly to find vegan heavy cream recipe.

      I do not. However, I've seen non-dairy creamers in the markets. Oat, soy. You should be able to find.

    Your video doesn’t make any sense. You talk about eliminating most or all of any sugar. Yet your receipt is nothing but added sugar. Sweetened condensed milk is as high as fructose syrup if not more. And then there is all the fat from 4cups! Of heavy cream.

    • @twobearshomestead
      @twobearshomestead  10 месяцев назад +1

      Thank you for your comment. This specific recipe does indeed have more sugar that I normally would like, but markedly less than that of many others I found. I drink my morning coffee black. But an occasional afternoon nosh that amounts to one tablespoon or so doesn't crash the cart. As for the fats, that is not something I/we are concerned with in coffee creamer given the very little we actually use. I clearly gave alternatives in the video for those who may be concerned. Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy your holidays!

      You are here bashing the man about his recipes an obviously you don't know what you are talking about condensed milk has no high fructose con syrup unless you buy the garbage one .he is using the high quality condensed milk ..it's sad people have to be so negative about someone else creation .he is not forcing you to used his recipes
