    Thank you. The first exercise, turning the left foot inwards, made the strong clonking stop.

    So, with the 2nd exercise, we don’t keep our back in an arch position ?

      On all of these we keep the natural curve to the lower back (arch/lordosis) but you do not INCREASE the arch/curve :)
