So fucking true, I look like a skinny lil kid in certain clothing, but when I wear a Tight fitted shirt, or singlet makes a huge difference. Also lighting and certain angles can make you look like a whole different person
These tips + a good tan makes you look much bigger and ripped if you're already pretty lean.

insurance lost weight , being in a normal state , was overweight insurance before so it looked bigger or just not eating enough to keep the muscles.

Hey Paul, I know your all about body weight training and that's really good but I think it's also important to incorporate weight lifting in to your training program. I'm been doing body weight training for the past 2 years and have been getting good results but recently I have been weightlifting and I am getting more gains much faster than I usually do. I'm not sure if you already weight lift but if you don't try more weightlifting to build more size. But still you look great. Keep up the great vids😃

how can i sweat less in the public?
My body starts sweating really quickly since I lost a lot of weight (30kg) and started to workout in the gym and do some calisthenics. If I only sweated during my workout that wouldn't mind me, but I always start sweating during my lessons at school or when I go out with my friends...that's really annoying when I walk around with a wet shirt in the public.
Do u have any tips for me in order to stop this?

Speaking of looking bigger... if measuring progress, how often should I measure my own stats, like biceps, chest and so on. Sometimes its discouraging if I measure too often. Do you take your own measurments? Is it true that what your biceps measure is not as important as the difference between them flexed and relaxed, that there should be a minimum of 1" difference. Do you agree?
Here's the thing... most people won't be walking around with tape measures when they judge how strong you look. having a lean diet/body tends to make people look stronger than another half inch of flexed biceps circumference.

It depends. if you eat junk food and other sugary products then your workout will be insufficient. Because if you dont have enough protein and other nutritions then working out won't be beneficial. Nutrition is as inportant as the work out itself. After all nutrition is key. I used to do that. eat McDonald's then workout. drink soda etc. not until i focused solely on Nutrition did results begin to show
If anything, not sure if you weight train or bodyweight train. but you should probably eat 5 meals a day. because food helps you bulk up. and eating frequently increasing and helps supply your muscles with what they need.
