- Judge Jennifer Dorow and Waukesha parade massacre suspect Darrell Brooks got into a heated argument over Brook's covid protocol on Wednesday. Brooks told the judge he took a test earlier this morning after telling jail employees that he was feeling "fatigued and had a loss of taste."

It has been said that even though there were no cameras, when she asked him for the results of his test, he refused to give them, even though he had the results sheet right in front of him. She then cleared the courtroom and instructed the Sheriff's Department to get the results from the table and bring them to her. I read that when they tried to get the results, he laid his body over the results, and the deputies had to physically remove him from the table to get the results, which were negative.
He refused to give Judge Dorow the results when handed to him in court.
He claimed he was roughed up by the guards. The results were read in court by Judge Dorow.
There's video of him crying like a baby in the other court room.

He is pulling stuff out the rear end to keep the trial running as long as possible. HIPPA violations are very well spelled out to the lay person especially through a nurse or doctor. The release for the test is something he is control of but he is being obstinate. This guy can't even get through a single sentence without interrupting someone else. The only thing he hasn't done yet is cuss, considering how many other things he was willing to contest when it comes to court decorum or proceedure.

I’m rewatching parts of this trial and when she just asks him why he wouldn’t want to take a test today that would tell him sooner because he’s afraid and they cut to the prosecution’s table. The small smirks on their faces because they know what she knows is GOLD.

You know this will be going on for another 20 years with him. Death penalty another 20 years of appeals. This is not justice for victims.
There is no capital punishment in Wisconsin so no death penalty. He will probably get 6 life sentences plus whatever years for his other charges. Life sentence is usually 30 yrs so he will die in prison but not from them killing him.

It's a pretty good lesson in the rules of decorum and exactly what and how you're allowed to argue with a judge, and what the judge just has the power to decide, have stand, and it becomes grounds for appeal, but as for the current trial, tough cookies. It makes me sick that this guy cares so much about his health but he sure doesn’t care about all the victims he ran over. Why should anyone care about him?? I sure don’t. I can’t wait to hear guilty. He definitely deserves what he’ll get.
His main defense against running them over was that the ford was defective and wouldn't brake. They didn't allow it because he didn't bring in an expert about the recall

Many criminals are worried about the safety of others, I had a friend who used to rob banks back in the 80s (he eventually got caught served his time) with a gun but he never put bullets in the gun because he told me he didn't want it to accidentally go off during the robbery and he didn't want to even have the urge to return fire at police if it came to that. He was a criminal who was legitimately concerned about the safety of others.
