Thanks so much for sharing your experience ( love your About intro, especially the part with food and tinder) and job search journey! This content is v helpful and encouraging. I wish there is a community around my area with women like you willingly to share the career/life journey. I'm in the tech field, took a gap year, and started job hunting early this year. I'm interested in transition from a technical role ( I was doing TAM/SE) into program manager field. Would you mind to share and advise how to tap into program manager position? Thanks so much and keep up the great work!

i voluntarily left my role at a large tech company few months ago to take a personal break... and now feeling the nerves getting in to the job market in a recession! Thanks for your practical and common sense advice! It would be great to learn more about how you approached evaluating startups.

That’s awesome you were able to make that decision, must’ve taken a lot of courage but breaks like that are always worth it. I will try to talk about startup eval’s in a future video ❤️

Informative video! One thing I'd like to ask is if you could include more details such as job position and TC of the offers you've received (doesn't have to be exact numbers)... or would this be disclosed in part 2? It helps out knowing what the market conditions are like and what to expect. For example, I know many ex-FAANG who got laid off and had to settle for much lower TCs when they got offers elsewhere due to current market conditions. Knowing this really helps out people, like myself, on what to expect!
