    Thank you for sharing these tips for helping people navigate layoffs, Sidney!
    I think some of these things (if not all of them) can apply to how to cope with being in between projects at work (specifically at larger companies, where you may have the opportunity to work on different client accounts). Refreshing and refining your transferable skills is a huge one I've been learning more about.
    You might have already made another video or post about documenting accomplishments. If not, I'd loved to learn more about how to better document accomplishments and utilize them in different settings (networking, mentoring, thought leadership, professional development at work, etc.).

      Thank you so much for watching. Thats actually a great idea to talk about how to document different accomplishments. I think always keeping some daily journal of tasks & accomplishments is a good way to start, but I have a few other suggestions that would help too.
