You don"t get a low package when you don't have experience, you just won't get the job, plain and simple :(
Yes people talk like this when they have job, the one who doesn’t have they try to get into by hook or crook
@@rohanaeri1303 I grabbed a job in IT industry with 4 years of gap and I didn't use any fake experience... Yes, I have to struggle more because of my gap but I never thought of using a fake experience certificate....
The current situation is not good for freshers but you should get the job if you have the right skills.....
@@surajrajmane5953 i learned testing then i tried to go with fresher but i am not getting any calls . currently i am working as IT support
Bro, take a bow!! One heck of a video and a reality check to be done. Its not about just earning big bucks with little or no knowledge but justify your true potential to yourself
Thanks Mr. Reddy. You hit the nail on the head. I have seen technologist in this high powered companies and when I engage them with in-depth discussions on AWS cloud Global Network infrastructure, I find them to be not as technical as I thought. Fake ones laid off now will have a hard price to pay.
Wondering about it since morning.. That's a relief to know things in details...Thanks a lot sir 😊
Thanks for picking this topic sir, please talk on these type of things also.. Love you navin sir
Started my career in 2018 was forced and put into SAP. Quit my job after 1.5 years and started working in a support team as an analyst ( had known SQL). Worked for 1.5 years again. Covid hit hard. Learnt front end development Reactjs for 6 months. Started applying for remote jobs , faked my experience saying I have worked for 3 years as a front end developer. Was able to answer all the interview questions, lied about my old salary and got into a company with 4X the old salary. Quit that company after working 6 months on contract. Now my resume says I have 4 years of experience as a front end developer and every company only asks about my last company which says I’m a front end developer and my salary is X. Got a 30 percent hike on that X salary.
Really doesn’t matter if you’re trying to fake your experience. All that matters is that you actually know what you’re applying for.
PS: I’ve also done moonlighting/daylighting whatever you call it. Have worked on 1 contract, 1 full time role and have been doing this even now. Just that you need to adjust your time and finish off the work both sides. 🙂
But did not ask for salary proof from previous company.
@@nidhirani7339 faked it 🙂
Buddy tell me how to apply to take freelance project.. I applied over upwork but it didn't work.
Bro how do you even fake your salary lol good job though

I used to think the same way. But I saw people with fake experiences and unethical practices now they're sitting at 27lpa and I'm stuck at 1/5 of them with 8 years of experience. Lol.
Believe me. Life is short, don't waste time. Take whatever shortcuts are available and earn more. At the end of the day, whatever you're learning or doing is just to make money.
Bro you have own my heart ..
And i have seen ppl starting from 6k to 20lpa without faking it
I think ppl need to learn the new technology changing companies it works

@@Game-nr3sr I see bootlickers everyday, I must appreciate their talent they know where and how to lick to get what and it works wonderfully for them.🤣
@@AbhijeetVlogs for companies if you learn new technologies and apply it's fake they want you to have worked on it, technically that person who has gone from 6k to 20l has faked it unless companies have such a broad mind, it's a chicken or egg game
Crucial topic at the right time. Thanks!
What u said sir is true..why companies requirements are always for experienced? Where the people will go who has less experience or who r freshers...now even startups want experience of 5 years..cz of these things people r joining showing fake documents.
Its wrong to do that, but companies should also think abt considering candidates having less experience..they can give less salary to them..but atleast give chance
exactly completely agreed
Exactly sir 😢
May be more and more employees become independent consultants or created a group like CA's and do consulting, that can help change the attitude of the companies
big companies also, for 5years experience they r giving 5-6L package, its better to open tea stall, if for 5 years of experience its 5 to 6L then what they will give to freshers...10k? n cz of less opportunities, we r joining...but its really sad and frustrating that with 5years of experience only 5L.
@@shailshah4550 it doesn't matter what software coolie's experience is, profits are their paramount, because it's india and IT companies have exemption to certain law(currently india is not much favourable to employees wellbeing), they can nail you on the head for any reason, BONDED LABOUR AND SLAVERY HAS TOOK A NEW FORM IN INDIA, to give a check to this young generation of india should stop relying on IT industry, infact we must grow an alternative sector and diversify workforce portfolio in our country(this is gift that we can give to our future generations it reduces wealth disparities), monopoly increases wealth disparities and india remains to be ever developing and never becomes developed, we must resonate this till it reaches Modi Ji
its easy to say not to use fake exp, even the start ups wont provide jobs for freshers. If someone is out of college without campus selection, there is no other way to get into the job ( at least for 90% people)

Thanks you, this is a eye opener video who always find the way to success in shortcuts
During my initial years, I've stayed in a room with 11 people because I wanted experience. Experience is not an easy thing to gain.
Very hard thing to gain and hard to find good resources to help you gain it
11 people😂

This remainds me of a superstar Rajnikanth's Annamalai movie dialogue - "You'll gain nothing without hard work. And if you do gain in any chance, it won't last for long".
Super
I have suffered same way putting fake experience in initial days of my career. For developer never ever do that . Tester may escape . Then after getting fired I joined a company with 10k salary as fresher . No pressure there as I was new so I learnt stuff without panicking. Then. U can change job after 1 yr and get good salary .
Really putting fake experience in developer difficult
Great background, reasonable experience and good track record combine with specialize skill set will get the job done.
You know why people fake experience, because employers do not believe in learning on the job or training. They do not want to invest in training. I have seen honest people who say that they do not have experience in certain things that company needs getting ditched/rejected against a fake experience. These people definitely falter later. I have seen a lot of people who are skilled to grasp something new as and when needed, but employers do not have any audience for them. With so many new technologies in the market, its not possible for an individual to be aware of everything. All a good candidate can do it be strong in basics. Rest can be acquired in a short time and a bit of patience.
This is exactly my perspective. I just grow with my experience alone so far. Started as Network engineer and now working in cloud computing. What I would suggest freshmen is to explore what the trending technology is and try to work on it.
hey can u share ur experience on cloud computing ??
I am a desktop support engineer and want to move my career into the clouds. Can you give some advice or share your journey please?
Great insight and deep analysis video 📼 sir ❤
Totally agree with what you've said in this video. I'm going to sit for campus placements this winter.
You are a true guide for all the students out here 🤩. Totally agree with all the points Sir!
Thanks, sir for that great video. I can relate to this my some friends in college.
Thanks for sharing this information. it really helps (fresher) peoples like me .
So true and apt to the point. Totally agree on experience part. Unless someone gets hired how will they get experience. Need to start somewhere
Some companies look for experienced roles where experience doesn't matter, like all companies want immediate joiners but their employees will not be relieved immediately, companies are selfish and so the candidates become without choice.
Which companies follow ethics and respect its employees, employees are just like chairs and table in their companies
@@arjunraghav007 100% agree with u.... Working in IT companies means selling our value to them...still people work only because of money..Money is something which can make us to do anything....
@@himadrisonai8291 true but all IT employees are not compensated with sufficient income for their effort(considering inflation etc) , more over I feel IT is just a notion which is exposing it's color, it did not take long time to realize what respect or importance they are getting vs what the dreamed of and covid just ripped of the masks to expose double standard nature, when modest "tagged" White collar worker is treated lower than blue collar worker, it makes sense for upcoming gen Z to rethink if IT their cup of tea. Not everyone can work on every technology.. it is company's fault to keep that criteria.. if a person knows java.. then it won't be really difficult for him to learn C# if he/she does hands on coding.
Yes, I was one of those who lost job due to recession! I got 3 other offers now after layoff! But I think It’s hard to get through interviews now with little or fake experience
My manager itself tell me to get out of the project... cause I have less knowledge or potential then others.
@@jetalmali7153 Don't worry, keep learning. In India, 70% people are working in support projects only. no one is having very good knowledge.
Even the experienced people suffer because of differences between companies from which they got experience.
Thanue sir for this great information for UPCOMING students♥♥
I think the rampant hiring during the so called "Great Resignation" phase are partly to blame for the situation which IT companies are finding themselves in. I myself with 11+ years in the industry, was in the hiring process, and I know what steep hiring targets we were put up to. We were taking 15+ interviews on an average on some days. There were so many positions to fill up, that our managers were ready to compromise on the quality, just in order to fill up the position. Moreover another factor during this whole pandemic phase was, companies doing online interview drives. You got to interview a candidate in 30mins over a video conference. Its very easy for someone to fake their experience in these interviews. So I dont agree with this high moral grounds the IT companies are now taking and glorifying the reports on the Fake Experience Layoffs. Its an outcome of thier own mistakes and it has wasted a lot of people's time.
You will see that rampant hiring again in next 1 year. And this online interview process will be there.
Well said. Profits profits. May be companies should think a lot before letting someone go in first place.
I've heard that there will be another pandemic before this year end
Great video ! Hope this reach to the masses.
I have overall 5 year's of experience in IT my pckg is 6.5 is very low. My friend did class attached 3 years of experience now his pckg is 13 lpa. Fake can grow and survive . Don't worry
the information on the topic is very appreciatable loved it.
Well explained @Naveen Sir , this info is more valuable
I know some people who have 1-2 yrs of solid Java experience. But first 5-6 yrs worked as incident management and after that got new project in same company where they have worked in Java with team support. After 1-2 yrs they got 5-6 offer letters and they switched the company. They showed 6-7 yrs Java experience but they had 5-6 yrs fake experience. Now they are doing excellent in current company because they have 1-2 yrs solid Java experience. So once you know how to work on project then fake experience doesn't matter.
Sir, all my questions are been answered. Thank you
Hi Naveen,
What is your suggestion to the people who are crossed 15 year's of experience in IT by now. What they need to focus on to work for another 5 to 10 years. Both in india or in abroad.
Example: java related technologies exp.
I would like to mention just 1 thing: If you are able to justify that fake experience, go for it. Companies are not your friend. They won't pay you for what you know but for the years you are working in for start at least.
Go ahead and learn as much as you can.
Now, learn and learn so you get more money eventually when you switch.
Faking experience is the basis of success for Richard Branson. He openly admits that:
“If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes - then learn how to do it later!”
― Richard Branson
Not everyone is Richard Branson.
Richard Branson has capacity to say yes - then learn how to do it on demand. Not everyone. Very few people fall for this and later regret.
I successfully learnt everything after saying yes. Twice I failed miserably to learn it on demand. It costs me my creditability.
Richard Branson is lucky. He didin't end up in failing. Or he failed and didin't acknowledged it.
I totally agree with you Navin but there is also few points which i like to add.
IT world has become too competitive now not only cs grads but people from commerce or arts background are learning skills and getting into IT.
Offcourse not a problem with this but I think people should also think of 2-3 sources of income. You cannot depend on 1 industry or company to feed you.
Because as Navin said you have to upgrade yourself always but the real question is until when ?
Think.
You made an excellent point on why companies ask for experience. I understand the company reasoning. The problem is say you have the skills and are looking to switch domains or trying to get back into the industry as a fresher after some gap. Most, if not all companies don't want to hire us as fresheres even if we are okay with it. This is a problem. If no one is willing to hire experienced folk as even fresheres due to domain change, where does that person go to get the experience. Them doing personal projects are ok, but it's not the same impact as that of real world exp. ---------This part is broken.-----------
Yeah good point. I have a friend who I taught Devops to. He worked at a startup for a year and with that 1 yr of exp, he started applying to the bigger ones and he wasn't get any calls and even if he did, most calls were from HR to fill up their call quota. Very recently he had an interview and the HR asked him how man LinkedIn connections he had. He was a bit take aback and but still told them the truth- 95 or something like that. She immediately cut the phone. You should have seen the disappointment in his face.
I mean just see how arbitrary and rigid their hiring processes are. I now actively encourage him to fake his exp and to put 3 yrs at least and if push comes to shove, I'll help him. There are millions of us in the IT here man. Without grift and a bit if cunningness, you won't go anywhere as it's a dog eat dog world. Wanna fake your resume? Go ahead (and be reasonable with it rather than putting in 10yrs when you only have 3). All's fair in love and war.
But don't stay idle if you get hired. Start perfecting the tech you learned and apply it in that 3yrs exp framework.
@@Ajay-d I understand man. life is tough. We can preach, but some things are what they are, so we break and keep fighting with the hope of something happening or be another sheep and do what everyone else does where the probability of getting to the goal is relatively higher. It's not like we're asking for free money or are too dumb to do any task. Everything takes time and while some may wait, not everyone in the family has the same patience. The ATS is another hurdle although it is a perfectly reasonable thing. No qualms there.
The fake experience of an employee cannot be used to justify the firing of any employee. A variety of other factors might also be involved, such as the company's current conditions, the project's needs, and employee performance etc.. To avoid the company being blamed for terminating an employee, the company discovered a new method of terminating employees
what you said is right but in the market many companies are asking minimum 4 years of experience with out giving opportunities how can people get experience many people don't have intension to keep fake experience but because of less opportunities and family pressures they are going through it. at the same time companies who hairied 3 years experience person after clearing client round they are saying to client that he is 4+ years experienced person and hey are billing high amount from client. recently one of my friend shared me this his reporting manager said that if client askes you about experience say I have 4+ years of experience. its happening in many IT companies . it need to be changes hear in the all the cases the employee is the only person who got effected.
some folks get in MNCs as a fresher and get allocation in support/testing jobs. This is a reason why some fake their resume and try to get out of the job for a better opportunity. This is trending for many years
I started coding 2019 and got my first IT job in 2021 Nov. Getting a job was my greatest frustration in the IT industry because I needed to switch my career then and I knew nobody but I kept growing. Today I get multiple offers from companies. All you need is consistency.
That is really encouraging to hear. Actually I did my degree in Aerospace Systems but I want to change to IT. My only concern is age though. I am in my mid 30s, not sure if it will be a hinderance.
our stories are quite similar. started coding 2018/19 got a real coding job in 2021 also. now i'm getting a lot of better offers... and i know by next year, they are going to get even better.

Awesomely Genuine Words Sir !!!
Truly Said
This is the best video I have watched on this topic.
Companies have faulty hiring processes and requirements that filter genuine talent.
Their hiring processes carefully hand picks those who know how to play their recruitment games well.
Now they think they're fixing things by firing people.
What they need to do is change how they hire people.
The layoffs are results of forcing people to invert many binary trees and find shortest paths in O(1) time and space before giving them an offer.
You selected the right topic....

There are many times fresher have no fault it just company is not providing the work as according to their growth. So why do they hire the employees if they don't have work and helping hands in their company? Everyone after graduation and every fresher wants to learn the company's work, culture, and process over there.
Why company hire freshers?

Getting opportunity to prove the learning is what needed, How can one switch to a new domain which he/she is interested and learned? . How can one get experience without getting an opportunity? Asking 3 to 5 years experience for an entry level role is what needs to be changed.
I keep telling the freshers joining in my team that learn for yourself.. because it will make you survive.
I do not see a big problem for the ppl who has fake experience with good technical skills.
mostly people with fake experience are with 1-3 years, more then that you cant fake it. So with that experience you are still junior, you will have most of the team as seniors. So within few weeks you could learn the things, considering you are already good with the core technology.
Quite informative video for those people, who are misguided by Organizations, who are providing fake work experience. I was misguided by one of the Institute in Noida called "JTC Noida", who does, the same thing as mentioned by Naveen sir in this video. Not all company train people.
Technology n company are business.
And everyone might need help to do any work, so please spare some time to do it, for someone from scratch as he/she can learn n work better

sometimes experience matters during the project execution, but showing this as a reason for mass layoff is not at all good, they need to perform a good check before joining or at least immediate after joining, if they really have the policy of zero tolerance in a statement one company said that due to pandemic and project needs we are not 100% sure on the BGV on candidates, so they can bend their rules according to their requirements but to help candidate, at least they would have gave a option to resign voluntarily can be a little help they could have done for the work they did to company during these years.
I agree that take fresher who have skill set if u trained them they will becomes good assets for team

I saw one job ad for a junior software engineer on LinkedIn, however, their task description was like senior software engineer and also they want a person with at least 5 years of experience.
Put it in simple words, they want to afford a experienced guy for a less package
My company has themselves recruited me as a senior resource despite being a fresher. Now when I sit for a client interview, they are asking me questions which only experienced person can answer. I am unable to clear any interview. Also company has 3 months bench policy. Not sure what should I do.
Still I remember When SAP HANA introduced in market, I was trying to jump BI to HANA. one of the company recruiters aked 4 years of experience in HANA, funniest thing is which was launched hardly 3 months. That's S##*ty markets. Honestly, how many techies at least one tool not mentioned in resume' without fake.
4:09 exactly!!! You gotta put in the work!
Problem we have faced while hiring at entry level position is, freshers (or candidates with fake experience) has dream to get job in MAANG with heavy package, immediatly after their certification is complete. This is possible only in exceptional case. Rest of get disappinted and expect something near MAANG in small companies with small projects.
I have more than 20 years of experience in what I do. For first one year I have worked for peanuts. Next two year I earned to survive. Next two years I got reasonable package. In my previous job I was highest paid emplyee. Now I charge fortune. Half of my client pays, half don't. All of the my friends in my generation has same story. Since last a decade we have a great work life balance. You need to learn to earn. Learning takes time and efforts in right direction. Today RUclips is full of "Learn Blah Blah in 3 months and get a gob in MAANG" or somthing similar to exploit young people looking for quick money. Which is unfortunatly a unit of success.
While recruiting we don't give F to cadidate's certificates, or educational background.
We allow candidate to use Google during interview. We have our own way of selection (or rejection) of candidates. You won't belive, many candidates can not answer the questions even after using Google.
One disgusting experience. One guy claimed 5 years of experience (of course fake) in managing web server. We asked him where do you store your DNS records for domain. Registrar or Web hosting server. He answered Web hosting server. We asked why? He answered Web hosting server is the only place you can store DNS records.
That's not the case with every company or person. I'm having 2 years of real project experience on Automation testing but I want to make my career in Web Development. So during the 2 years while working for the company I learnt Spring Boot (Backend Framework) and then I created 2 projects using that and started to applying for interviews in other companies. In the initial call that recruiter asked me do you have real project experience on Spring Boot, then I explain him/her that, No actually I'd been working on tester role but have aspirations in development role. So I've learnt this framework from great tutors on Udemy and also have made 2 projects of my own and to your surprise most companies don't even take my application forward after hearing this. It feels that you're being rejected without interviewing.
Then I asked other senior peoples and they all said me you will have to lie that's the only option.
Also most of the companies don't encourage using google in interviews. They expect you to mug up every method of a particular class and also expect you to answer the same theoretical questions.
