Its good to see you spreading awareness among the masses about layoffs but i felt sorry that you moulded the reality in later half of the video. I wish you get highest package in one of the FAANG companies and would love to hear your experience once you get laid off. Not only IT, every sector would suffer. IT is just the start.
No hard feelings , but you need to face the reality. No one can run from it.

I think in few decades we will see a great decay in cs industry because people will lean the basic tech and there would be a dip in tech industry so we should also consider other fields like robotics astro and others

positive mindset...ye bolna bahut ashaan hai...magar jiske sath ye situation hota hai usko samjho...I suggest all techie, never fix to 1 company for more than 1-2 years now. Do not think that hiring companies asks questions, they do not care if you are ready to join. If companies are not our friend then why should we? I heard everytime in a project that proper planning needed. But where are those planning went now? Why they hired so many without predicting about future. For all techies, if you leave companies in 1-2 years, you will be more upgraded to technologies irrespective you are working in a same pattern in one project for more than 1 year.
totally agree with you. Never settle at same place, whether it's your company or your skill-sets. Keep exploring skills n keep switching the companies.
