      The standard of living of the USA is way better than the standard of living of India. Living in India automatically reduces your life span by 5 years and if you're in a metro city like Delhi it can decrease up to 12 years because of the pollution and that's not the case with the US and other countries.

      @@HARSH-uu9og I am in US myself from a long time… quality of living matters but the most important thing I hear from my friends is money… many won’t get better pay in India, if they get they will move definitely….Also many of my friends who got 60-65lpa offers in Bangalore moved back from US… For some yes they are addicted to US lifestyle but most people here are for money….

I was living in Bangalore close to office I dint had any problems as air quality is much better than Delhi.. and if I get option to WFH from my hometown with fat pay I can take it anyway than US…I am living in US from many years.. and before it was needed as pay in India was very less.. now most of my friends in Bangalore are getting 60-75lpas and saving more than me.. so I am looking for better opportunity in India before moving … I love my family first and want to closer to my family and yes I agree some people prefer cleaner air good roads so 90% Indians won’t come back to India.. at the end of day it’s your life your choice…

      If i am making 5lac per month in India
      Life is way more awesome
      You can have a driver,cook,maid, eat out anywhere what else you want

    All of them can solve leet code problems with no issues and under 20 mins but this one problem is unsolvable by them: "What's the salary range in google for your role?"

      imo corporate job sucks! Packages are tempting but just imagine sitting in a chair for 8-10 maybe even 12hrs a day burning your eyes in front of a computer screen.

    Surprisingly when comparing the same interview videos in the US people are open to sharing their salaries. Also, I think this information can be found online

      all are average salaries which are low...as its 10 years of data average. They earn 2x more than that.

    They are not talking about codeforces , codechef or atcoder although they would have solved . I don't think so that anyone can crack the logic in less time for a new question unless he/she is good at competitive programming.

      They're not SWE-1, all of them were SWE-2,3. For senior roles you don't need that much DSA.

    For google everybody is telling in this video that only 300+ problems they have solved but I think getting in google needs more tough preparation. Even I have seen that coding round(Online Assessment) can't be solved by people who have 300+ on cf and leetcode.

      All about luck and what the recruiter is looking... Most of them have been asked for interviews by google itself, it tells they have been hired for their domain knowledge, not dsa

      It's not about how much you have solved it's about how much have gained from solving them, people who end up in Google don't keep track of number of questions solved but the concepts they have mastered, it all about understanding design patterns and understanding them to solve new problems, so that even the hardest questions that the person hasn't seen, understands in the first go. Try to have this mentality if you really want to succeed in this field.

    1st Priority : Work Culture 2nd Priority is Salary . I wont be working with an organization which will treat me like salve even if they pay me 60 lakhs, My mental health and physical health is much more valuable than that. Unfortunately there are many such companies which laterally treat employees like slaves. It feels suffocating to work in such places.

    Salary transparency will never be the thing in India i guess, there's an instagram account that share similar videos and people not hesitant to share their salaries, atleast they give a range if not an exact amount. But in this video not a single person even gave a range

    As far as our country goes, there is zero to no transparency in salary, especially in urban areas. I recently saw an Instagrammer asking Americans about their salary and if they are well compensated; that page is doing very well, which made me wonder if we can ever have something like that for the Indian audience. This video answers my question. We won't.

    How a person can be given chance for interview even if he has not applied and not prepared...then he told he need 3 months to prepare. It sounds weird that people are dying to get shortlisted and he is getting call without apply and without preparation also. I'm totally shocked

Since, he needed 3 months to prepare, it is obvious that he was fresher but maybe he was from tier-1 college That's why he got call

      bhai sab ke sab krte hai,tcs mei job wale bhi 600+ problems kiye hue hai..
      ye sab leetcode bata rhe sirf,codechef codeforces milaoge toh 1500+ paar hojayega.
