What has been true for some western countries like Canada or the US for the last 35 years is now hitting India. Whereas earlier those who competed for such kinds of jobs in India were once relatively stable and secure, today they are not. In the west, we were taught to keep rebuilding ourselves and diversifying our career base and not rest on our laurels. This phenomenon is hitting India now.
Looks fit....👍 IT ppl having unrealastic payment hike for last 6 years....now which is more than person living in US if we see PPP....so companies laying off ppl....this is my observation
Firing is in USA 90%, India 10%. But yes, inflated salary like 1cr+ in bangalore are under radar. Reverse side is, they will save more than those earning 3.2 - 19lpa

I was in same situation but now I'm in college & I have learnt web development and working remotely since 6 months with much more pay then MAANG India
It's all about skills buddy and Participating in Open sources etc
This is just a correction, companies mindlessly fire people to meet stakeholders demands but later realized they over fired and start hiring, just a normal cycle.
Right now.... Chat gpt is also very trending... It is far better than performance of humans... what do you think about it sir....regarding lay offs.. is it going to steal more jobs and what sectors will get affected directly and indirectly... make a video on this.... plzzz... and your contents are amazing... i am an engineering student and really like your videos... thank you for your efforts...
Thanks for watching!
I was deciding between isro and tech companies (Google, Microsoft) being a jee aspirant but now I have decided to serve my country instead of going into it companies who doesn't care about their worthy employees.... Thanks sir🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Switching to government job?
I have received offer letter from IT company last Jan still I have not received joining into it. I just waited for It , enjoyed the holidays and prepared company work material completely leaving the preparation to enter in another company. Now this year after getting situation worse I have to again go back and prepare really hard for the entry level topics and interviews and literally after leaving the preparation I have to prepare everything from scratch. Hope situation gets better soon.

Sir main thing is those who lost jobs in google had very high salaries in crores so no need to worry who are getting 10 to 20 lakh salary .
Education is the best sector to work in these days.
Thank you for bringing up this video❤
What has been true for some western countries like Canada or the US for the last 35 years is now hitting India. Whereas earlier those who competed for such kinds of jobs in India were once relatively stable and secure, today they are not. In the west, we were taught to keep rebuilding ourselves and diversifying our career base and not rest on our laurels. This phenomenon is hitting India now.
Thank you Chetan sir 😊😊
Make some more videos on these kind of contents.
I will try my best!
I watch your videos regularly. Those are very helpful. Thank you sir.
You are most welcome!

Itna ho sakta hai salary may not be that high but its part and parcel .all the time things are not same.
It's not only in pvt sector but also in govt also this shit is going on. Only way is different.
I went through all selection procedure in Airforce (airman post) , only joining was left but we were given fake promises for 1 yr by the 14 June 2022 and all recruitment got cancelled through a press conference on the name of agnipath . Same was happened in indian Military .
And now we all know reality of agnipath
Agniveer 😂😂
Talent is important ❤️
Now I understand why many parents especially in North India want their kids to get into the Government Jobs.
Every working individual is in pain let it be high paying and low paying

Why ? Its not safe.
Life ki guarantee nai hain tu job ki bol rha hain
I liked this video topic!! Yeah market is crazy right now . In fact last week I got an offer for a postdoc position from the University of Tokyo . The interesting fact is , they told me during the interview time that This project can stop anytime because of funding issues, so be prepared. Sooo , yep am prepared. 😅 In short, economic crisis can happen in any sector.
