Many thanks, Isabel. I hope to do videos for more Kansas songs in the future. Because there's a storytelling element in so many of their songs, they lend themselves very naturally to a visual presentation like this.
Thanks! Definitely going to be doing more Kansas songs in the future. Such descriptive & storytelling-type lyrics that their songs lend themselves very naturally to visual accompaniment.
Christine - Thank you very much for your kind words. Though Kerry Livgren of Kansas wrote the song for his wife, I've always felt that it's lyrical message was a universal one, raising questions that anyone going through times of trouble could relate to. In fact, many people have said this song has given them comfort at the lowest points in their lives. That's actually where the whole idea for the video came from...Thanks again for your comments and glad you enjoyed it.
@@visualizeprog2874 I couldn’t agree more. For the many situations we find ourselves in, especially when we’re feeling so very much alone in life. So often a friend might just be able to say a few words to lift someone’s spirits! And strangely enough, they might not even realise those few words are the difference between joy and despair, life or death. The song is Very Special. Thank You for your reply, my kind friend. 💕❤️🌹🙏🏼
When did I become Vice President? 😀Anyway, thanks so much for your kind comments. I definitely need to revisit Kansas sometime soon...the band, not the state.
Thank you for your kind words. I might do more Kansas songs in the future. With so many songs in that tell stories, they certainly lend themselves to visual presentations.
@@billcompeau4835 Cool! Just checked out your page and listened to "Hopelessly Human", an old fave of mine. Sounds great! The Hammond organ solo jumps out more and the drums seem a bit more clear & upfront to me. Good work. I'll listen to more songs when I have more time at the computer.
Love it!!!!
10:20 a. m. So much describes my circumstances. So meaningful ❤.
Wonderful!
