How can every Pink Floyd song be so insanely good?! Whatever they touch turns to Gold. Nobody can give the same vibes as PF and David Gilmour. Love love love this band ❤
Cool! Amazing guitar as always - something incredibly special. It does connect to the earth, space, and everything. Nice discussion about the 80's mix of vocals/drumming. Thank you for another PF reaction guys!!
Did you guys ever react to "There's no way out of here" by David Gilmour? Lyrics are soooo poignant. And combined with David's solo. Man that has to be one my very favorites.
Pay attention to the little threads in Momentary Lapse...pieces of Dark Side in the "Learning To Fly" voiceovers...a bit of Syd's "Bike" in "One Slip," same as "Time"...scaling Roger's sonic Wall for "On The Turning Away." So, so cool that Pink Floyd was still Pink Floyd, down to the marrow.
It’s one of their more underrated songs for sure that doesn’t get enough credit, or the body of work that the entire band put in over the years, for that matter. The only band that comes closest to resembling Pink Floyd from an originality & stylistic standpoint would be TOOL. Just think of them as the updated version of Pink Floyd. Tell me that I’m wrong.😊
ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SONG...! Please do solo David Gilmour ~ "No Way Out Of Here", "Raise My Rent", "So Far Away", "I Cant Breathe Anymore" and "No Way".... I promise you will not regret it...! Also (Waters free) Pink Floyd album The Division Bell is an absolute Masterpiece...! "Wearing The Inside Out", "High Hopes", "Lost for Words" and "A Great Day For Freedom"
I will NEVER forget hearing this song the first time back in 1987. I was driving to work and the sun was coming up. Just as I crested a hill, the part at 10:14 came on. I was so overcome by that I had to pull over into a parking lot and just sat, stunned. I watched the sunrise and ended up being late for work. I guess I was in “suspended animation, state of bliss.”
Wow, I have been checking you guys out and your choice of Music is 2nd to none. Nobody plays this Music like You !!!.. Just us old timers ( Im 63 ) try this, Blue Oyster Cults Secret Treaties Album- Dominance and Submission & Astronomy Also Live Seven Screaming Diz Busters from the Album On Your Feet Or On Your Knees, Then Last Days of May Live on the same Live Album. BTW I was at that Concert !!! Last Jimi Hendrix.. Machine Gun From Band Of Gypsys.. Also Live At Leeds By the Who, And another you never Heard of Roger McGuinn - It's Alright Ma (I'm Only Bleeding).. Besides Tommy, & Quadrophenia By The Who And Midnight Rambler Live on Get your Ya Yas Out, Try That, Listen and you will see.. I know this was a long ask but check it out... And Thanks !!!!!
Lovely song from Pink Floyd which is from A Momentary Lapse of Reason album. On The Turning Away, which you've already reacted to and Terminal Frost are another couple of tracks from that album I really like. Thanks so much for this reaction, guys. By the way, it's fantastic to see you wearing the t-shirts I sent, The Division Bell one looks really good, George, I do hope you like it. The Rainbow Rising looks great too, Patrick, I do hope you enjoy wearing it. Take care now. 😊😊
If you really like Gilmours guitar work you should listen to Dave; solo work without all he big light production. " live Pompeii: ( his last concert) " In any tongue"**** " rattle that lock" ( came fro a 4 note at train station). "live at Gdansk" " on an island"*** " take a breathe". also plays some Floyd. You will not believe how really good he is. As Rick Wright said after his first solo after P.F. that after all these yrs. he got to hear Dave play
Dudessss. Hi from California, yeah the one from pulse is💥💥. Heck every thing from Pulse is💥💥. U guys really need to check out live Emerson Lake and Palmer live Montreux jazz festival 1997 part 2 or Tarkus/pictures at an Exhibition 💥❤️.
When "A Momentary Lapse of Reason" was released in 1987, it was met with doubters- can Pink Floyd really be "Pink Floyd" without Roger Waters? Although the band's stance on this song is that David Gilmour was taking flight lessons at the time (airplanes), my take is different: the album leads off with "Signs of Life" (that almost primordial sounding instrumental, and yes, the band is still alive), then goes into "Learning to Fly" (we'll learn to make it without Rogers in the band). Maybe just a coincidence, , but that's my theory.
Hello guys, thank you for your reactions! I enjoy watching your videos! Can you please react to Mike Oldfield's TUBULAR BELLS (especially the first part) as well as the very first album from Alan Parsons Project, I am sure you will love both of them ! Also, carry on with Pink Floyd reactions, those are the best!
The Alan Parsons Project 1976 Tales of Mystery and Imagination 1987 Remastered version Full album, this group helped produce the 1972 Pink Floyd Dark side of the moon and in 1976 released their first album wich is an Epic Masterpiece in it self with some wonderful and amazing sound effects from start to finish is a worthy treasure of musical History Recommend this album that needs to be listened as a whole album because the songs are all connected there's. No fading it's continuous it's brilliant you guys will enjoy this masterpiece alot Requested 2022 classic electronic funk and other eclectic sounds
Actually,, Alan Parsons (one person, not the band) was one of the engineers of DSOTM. He most definitely did NOT produce that classic...the Boys of Floyd managed those duties all by themselves.
You need to watch the Pulse Concert.,,..... That will change your mind about this song. .... The concert version is so much better and all of the visuals and lasers.
Hi guys. Another fantastic song. Nobody can do it better than pink Floyd. From UK 🇬🇧👍👍 luv ya T shirts cool. There is a documentary about pink Floyd. Check it out
Ever heard of BABYMETAL??? They are band that fused J-Pop (Japanese Pop) and metal back in 2010. After you finish laughing let me tell you this: THEY NOW SELL OUT STADIUMS! If you want to react to them, check out Megitsune, a song about female empowerment.
One of the rare occasions when the video actually reflects the song.
How can every Pink Floyd song be so insanely good?! Whatever they touch turns to Gold. Nobody can give the same vibes as PF and David Gilmour. Love love love this band ❤
Ummagumma would like to have a word with you Lisa haha
I'm glad you got to experience that! 🎉🎉🎉
Love "Pulse" concerts with this, too.
Cool! Amazing guitar as always - something incredibly special. It does connect to the earth, space, and everything. Nice discussion about the 80's mix of vocals/drumming. Thank you for another PF reaction guys!!
That cockpit chatter is actually David and Nick talking to each other while flying separate planes! Pretty cool.
I LOVE Pink Floyd. I saw them on their Momentary Lapse of Reason tour. I was so HAPPY to see them live. They're a brilliant band.
The live Pulse version of this is great!
You guys also need to do "Keep Talking" by them, studio version.
One of my favorites
@@daftoptmst doesn't get nearly the respect it should.
@@flubblert the call and response gets me every time. When I hear it, I can't help but sing it! I got a pretty good voice too. Lol!
incredible isn't it guys? Love your enthusiasm!!!
This song is literal. Gilmore and another band member were actually taking flying lessons.
It is also the first album without Roger Waters.
Did you guys ever react to "There's no way out of here" by David Gilmour? Lyrics are soooo poignant. And combined with David's solo. Man that has to be one my very favorites.
I love that you love David Gilmour :) There are so many great guitar players, but he plays with so much emotion. Good journey...Peace!
I grew up listening to Pink Floyd’s music but I totally forgot about this song
It’s one of their more underrated songs for sure that doesn’t get enough credit, or the body of work that the entire band put in over the years, for that matter.
The only band that comes closest to resembling Pink Floyd from an originality & stylistic standpoint would be TOOL. Just think of them as the updated version of Pink Floyd. Tell me that I’m wrong.😊
Your reactions and Music it’s always the best, I’m a Napoli fan and a Kvaratskhelia one too, thanks Georgia !

As for me, live versions of On The Turning Away and Terminal Frost from Delicate Sound of Thunder are the best.
Please React to:
If you were my lady with Glenn Campbell and Diane salamon
Ebony Eyes- Rick James and Smoke Robinson
It's both greatest 80's hits.
One of my favorite PF songs. Thanks guys!
great song, the version of pulse is amazing, but all pink floyd is astonishing
You guys should really do, “Keep Talking,” live at the Pulse Concert. That’s a jaw dropper for sure! Love the reactions fellas! Keep it up.
George is wearing a Division Bell shirt... You guy's really need to do more from that album...!

You have to think, acid was BIG in the 70's and 80's! Was fun at THAT time. Just glad that I survived. DEF NOT now! Never again!!!
More YES, please.

Have you guys done Marooned yet? They put out a music video for it a few years back that is pretty trippy!
You should lsiten to learning to fly pulse live version, a more epic guitar solo at the end.
Kinda looks like near where I live😁😎
It was filmed in southern Alberta, Canada.
You need to watch the Pulse Concert.,,..... That will change your mind about this song. .... The concert version is so much better and all of the visuals and lasers.
