Free website design is irresistible, but if you can tell them what’s wrong with their current website, why they should improve it, and how it will help them, that would increase the conversion rate.
If you can pinpoint specific issues like low speed or non-responsiveness and explain how these issues are hurting their business, that would be even better.
You should only do that once you get the appointment booked. You don’t wanna talk too much or sound too salesy in a cold call
They don’t care about that they care about results only.

Try not saying um so much, also speaking too fast, you sound very nervous and unsure of what you're saying and people pick up on that. Been doing high ticket sales, and cold calling for over 15 years. Just wanted to help : )

Hi Ive been trying really hard to improve my cold calling and I’ve seen your comment on this video. Is there any way i can get you to help me a bit with my coldcalls? Maybe be looking over some of my calls and giving advice or something… I would be happy to help you out however i can if you need my help with anything be it manual web scraping for leads or whatever. I am highly motivated and would love an exchange where the both of us gain something if you were to give me the chance.

I agree that we shouldn’t say um so much, but cold calling can make anyone nervous, with time I believe, we get better.
It sounds more natural and less salesy…

Hey man. Not really sure about this approach. Seems abit like your begging for the deal.. you say questions like its free... free value would be like giving a lead..
as a professional cold caller I can tell you have some practice, i have mostly the same tonality that comes from thousand of calls, your delivery is a bit sub optimal though, you sound too much like a salesman at time, should be more friendly/familiar and focus on questiology, but you are pretty decent. You could improve a lot with less delivery focus on what you want to say , and more questiology-familiarity, you need to gain the trust of people, sounding serious and motivated is nice but it can be even better

Being professional cold caller is not enough not closing the sale. Just saying.
The creator really good in doing cold calling for trying to book a call. At least he has the guts to do it and practiced to improve his skills.
You’re getting resistance when you present a valuable thing for free from absolutely nowhere. You’re much better off offering less value or charging a small amount to get customer buy in

Why do you offer to send the design instead of getting them on a call? does that not complicate the process with extra follow ups?
Do i charge a monthly fee after the website is built? I think its important to build a residual income otherwise we are gonna be chasing clients all the time to stay ahead.

Lots of different ways to do it. Set up one time fee, recurring, combination of setup + recurring
Pavlo makes it look so easy lol.
Pavlo is calling people that don't have websites so the "are you still in business" makes more sense than asking that of somebody that already has a website. And then offering to send a free design to somebody that already has a website is going to be a bigger hurdle to jump.
Also knowing the business owners name helps by 5x… I don’t know where I got the figure but I feel like its right!

While I commend you for your efforts on outreach and cold calling, think this approach is massively flawed.
By simply offering a free sample you’re in danger of forever creating free designs and never seeing any money.
I think you would be better talking to the customer about how the website you built for client generated x amount of more business.
Most companies will identify with looking to new and innovative ways to drive more business.
I would start with something like an honest permission based opener. Then ask the customer if they are experiencing any of the problems you could fix for them through a new website. You can then discuss what you’ve done for other companies and how the thing you did had a direct impact to their business.
totally agree. Starting with free then having to convince them to pay for it is backwards. Find the pain inside their business and then solve it

I have a question. I'm a web developer who recently started an agency specializing in dental practices. My initial plan was to hire a designer from Fiverr to create a Figma design once I secure a client, and then I would develop and host the website. However, I really like your idea of providing a free design upfront.
Given that I'm not proficient in design and it would cost me if I fail to close the client, what would you suggest? How can I effectively offer a free design initially without incurring significant costs? are you using the same wireframe of a design that you will show to the client???
I like offering value first. If you were to hire a sales person or run paid ads that’d still cost you. Offering a free design gets you in the door with a lot of companies. Test it on a few and see if it’s effective for you :)

Mobiles, they are publically available via google profiles so nothing illegal

So… you spend the time designing a free site, but they haven’t committed to anything yet?
Are you using templates to make the design phase faster? If not, seems like a lot of wasted time…
Also, wouldn’t the client be better served if you asks what they think could be improved about their site?
He doesnt do it until he gets a client booked and also only uses a template that takes 2m

Great video! Timing can be tricky when calling from outside the US. From my experience, reaching out during US business hours, particularly mid-morning to early afternoon (EST), tends to be most effective. Could you tell me the best time to contact?

I am looking for a Software like Skype which has reasonable rates for calling
The only reason I am unable to use it because I am from India and Skype doesn't offer local numbers of any specific country in India.
