    Hey Sam, love your content from Pakistan. Do you think it is possible to build smma from countries like Pakistan I am currently booking 1-3 meetings a day through cold calls so shit started working but didn't signed a client yet because there is some skepticism sort of thing involved when they work with people outside US now I could be wrong because I don't have enough data to make a right decision. Accent is not a problem and I also choose a cleaning niche that doesn't have a lot of moving parts when it comes to service delivery compare to chiros etc as setting appointments for client for me will be difficult being outside from US. thanks again and will definitely join your private inner circle membership in the future.

    Great video! Timing can be tricky when calling from outside the US. From my experience, reaching out during US business hours, particularly mid-morning to early afternoon (EST), tends to be most effective. Could you tell me the best time to contact?

    2:04... look, there is two ways of learning -- learning on your own OR learning through somebody... BOTH METHODS WORKS.... I have seen people with "College/Universities Degrees" and they do not make it and I have seen people with no-college and no-university-degrees and they do not make it as well. AND VICE-VERSA. There are people who will play within the set boundaries and there are those who will play as if the boundaries do not exist. BOTH things are available. Each has a price. Someone plays more on the safe side, while others take a greater risk. Each person can blame or favor one or another, but what have you done personally? Not everyone who plays as there are no boundaries makes it to the top. Also, those who plays within boundaries does not always make it to the top either. Things are much more complex. Each of us use to the best of our abilities, what we have. What is available to each person -- different. You can shame the player who is not playing by the proposed rules -- who does make it. But at the same exact moment you feel pity for the player who is playing by the rules -- who is on the street. A player who chose not to play by proposed rules -- because had less compare to others -- who decided to take risk, so they would not end up homeless -- NO ONE FEELS PITY. But, the player who had way more available to him/her -- who did played by the rules, and end up homeless -- YOU FEEL PITY? So explain "University" graduate?! People provide what they have -- and others buy from others what others offer. I can tell you from the firsthand experience -- that the "legal judicial system" in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA is corrupt and here you complaining about smaller crooks?! Everyone have their own motives, inspirations and reasons -- YOU ARE LUCKY that you had an opportunity to go to "UNIVERSITY" - not everyone is that fortunate. So, listening your young "GEN Z" complaining -- clearly without comprehending this physical realm -- you are DELUSIONAL and acting as if your voice is accurate representation. LETS BEGIN WITH POLITICS and END WITH THE RELIGION -- because this will begin WW4 inevitably. So, if you still think that your opinion have valid points -- you perhaps need to go back to "UNIVERSITY" and live in the "UNIVERSITY BUBLE". "UNIVERSITY" sold you their ideas and set a mindset, which will be tested through firsthand-experience and time. Show us your life in 20 years from now and then we will consider what you have to say from your firsthand experience.

    He closed it down because clients came to work with him because he was involved. Once he decides he doesn't want to run/work in the agency anymore, clients will not stick around. I run an agency and if I was to even think of selling my agency, clients wouldn't work with the new owner. An agency is built around relationships you build with other people. Lots of people here who've never ran an agency will always say things like "why wouldn't he sell it?" There is no enterprise value as others have said below. When he closed it down, he told his clients they could go work with Dany (his CMO at the time). Running an agency is time consuming and while you can automate a lot of things involved, you can't remove yourself entirely. You still have to be part of client meetings from time to time and a lot of clients came to him because it was HIS agency. It's like paying Sam Ovens to work with Sam directly but you end up getting someone else. There is no value in the agency because of that and it's not sellable in this case. Imagine you hire Sam Sulek to personally train you but later on he decides he doesn't want to train you anymore but he has some other guy. Are you going to pay the new guy or stick around? Most likely not because you wanted to work with Sam Sulek personally. Don't forget he was in ecom and infoproduct. People in that space came to him because of the success and insight he had with his info product. Once he's out of the picture, not a lot of people are willing to stick around. I was in his copy paste agency and later on apex and we had a whatsapp group before it blew up. Even with his best year, he could only pull in north of 1m profit. It's extremely hard scaling an agency into the multi seven figure realm and he was already focusing on other things.

    The biggest thing people fail to realize is iman was in the right place at the right time. He was running ads on Facebook when anyone with half an iq could run an ad and make insane amount of money. This is the era that dropshippers were in. Also he ran a remote agency he didn’t have an office, I don’t see why a remote agency would need more than 200k cash on hand. Look at his old videos they were making money off retention fees it was on a percentage of return on ad spend the guy was working with brands like oura ring. This guy was printing. Also why he would close it down? Because he built a brand so strong at some point 150k profit a month was chump change for the amount of effort it would take to run the agency. Also why he didn’t sell the agency, when selling a business u have to look at where business is being generated without imans name attached to the agency and him at the helm is useless that’s why you don’t see him advertising his software company through his RUclips a lot so growth isn’t attached to him but rather their own marketing efforts and the product. Yes the guy does some dumb stuff sometimes but I feel like some people really aim at him because he’s reached the levels most never will. Just like. Guy with a business degree finds it hard to believe people are making 100’s of thousands from the internet when u hve tik tok creators doing that off TikTok shop alone. Also Spencer’s Cornelia is not a lawyer he was a real estate agent.

    One of the biggest criticisms of Iman in these videos is people saying "Why did he close the agency, why didn't he sell it?" The reality is that marketing agencies have little to no enterprise value due to the key man risk. Successful agencies are only successful due to the founders knowledge, and to sell the business or remove the founder would be to lose 90% of the businesses value. This is especially true when the founder leverages a personal brand like Iman would have done to get his agency clients. The key man risk and the personal brand makes it "unsellable" because the founders insight into an industry + brand cannot be transferred to another owner. Marketing agencies have little to no enterprise value and cannot be sold, even if they're making high earnings. They are extremely valuable to the founder and can make good profits, but have little value to a potential investor, its far too risky. These criticisms often come from people who don't understand enterprise value and what private equities tend to look for in investments. "Why would he close a successful business?" Because he found a more successful business. He realized that teaching is more leveraged than doing. Who wouldn't? Not an Iman fanboy, I don't follow him, but some of these criticisms are unfounded.

    • @9xXGameOverXx9
      @9xXGameOverXx9 10 дней назад

      its easy to sell the information and systems in place, usually the founder is not even working in the business, he is working ON the business talking to managers making sure everything runs smoothly. so the 90% loss is incorrect

      @jalennelson4285 9 дней назад

      @@9xXGameOverXx9 No it absolutely is not. I work in the industry. I literally put on an industry conference and one of the biggest challenges faced by agency owners is that they can't sell it.

    • @knight808.
      @knight808. 9 дней назад

      @@9xXGameOverXx9 Imagine you go to a friend's house for the first time, and you go to use their bathroom and realize you cannot figure out how to flush the toilet because despite your lifelong experience with flushing toilets you cannot seem to work this one out. You tell your friend and then he walks in, jiggles the knob in a strange pattern and he flushes it for you. You then ask your friend " How did you do that?" and so he tells you EXACTLY how he did it. He even gives you a piece of paper with instructions on exactly how to do it yourself. You are happy now because you believe that next time you go to use his bathroom, you will know exactly how to flush the toilet. The next time you go to his house, you go to use his bathroom and when using the method he taught you to flush the toilet, you realize it doesn't work. Now you are stuck right where you started. You call your friend again to tell him that the toilet doesn't work and he takes one look at it and says "Ohhhhh I know EXACTLY why!" and then bangs the top, hits the side, turns the water valve half a centimeter to the left and then one inch to the right. He then tries to flush again and it works. You stare in amazement because you don't understand what just happened. This is exactly how most agencies founded by a single man as the face works. This is also why people are afraid to buy as well. You pretty much have a single guy that understands the nuance in his own business and is able to beat up his asset to produce results but the problem is if you remove that guy from the equation everything falls apart. When do we start banging and how much do we twist? Twist too much and stuff starts to break. Bang too lightly and ROAs starts to drop. The value was never in the business, it was in the person. Certain agencies work though.

      Not true. Iman had it run by his team. He said he was barely involved. He could not make it successful. Period. Or he would NEVER HAVE CLOSED THE ONLY PROOF HE HAD why he was credible to give advice about running an agency...😅 And a company gets sold on their ability to get results for their clients thanks to effective processes and ads management. Thousands of agencies get run and purchased... ESPECIALLY if they could claim they BOUGHT IMANS PROCESSES AND AGENCY!! The real reason is that there was no success... and he preferred to close it when he started getting wayyyy too much attention on his numbers.... 😅

Do NOT believe what he says. He is not intelligent, he lies. Thats a big difference and your ability to spot the difference will get you to not fall for scammers.

    💔But Iman Gadzhi is intelligent enough to actually run a profitable online agency business. Why would he do this?! And yes, more videos like this, please.

      lol personal brand is everything and yet he still prefers being an online guru cause it's easier to sell to people who already know and admire his lifestyle. Running an agency isn't easy at all but you don't know what you don't know. Especially for kids who look up to him. He's a very good actor, looks the part and has the best lighting, cameras, videographers, editors etc.. everything he posts makes him sound like some genius trying to sell you the dream. It's actually funny to me but it has clearly worked out for him.

    I agree, the part that pisses me off most is how these youtubers talk about “growing their agency to £xxx /month” and their ‘agency’ is one that helps other agencies grow - effectively growing their course to £xxx /month. in my opinion if you haven’t grown an actual marketing business that helps other businesses, you don’t have the right to teach other people how to do it. i bought a £3k course and it was absolutely not worth it, generic content you could find anywhere, i still kick myself for buying it today. wish i’d joined Sam’s inner circle for 3 years instead 😢

      ORRRRR use free youtube videos to start making money. if you aren't making money with all the free info thats out there then a 3,000 course isnt going to help you. Stop buying entire courses.

      @@knight808. yeah, i mean pretty much what i just said. i completely regret buying the course there was absolutely nothing in it that isn’t on youtube already. if you’re going to buy something, buy something like sam’s inner circle where you get direct access to someone that already owns a business in what you’re doing imo

    The truth always comes out! I’ll say this, I got started with his course, it really helped me, not because of the cours itself, that was all very basic stuff, it was something to commit to finishing and changed my identity into an action taker. In saying that I knew a lot of it was BS. I had a meeting with one of their “trainers” who was frustrated that I was taking my time to learn the skills before signing new clients and told me that if I don’t sign a client (on a big retainer) within the first couple months of buying the course then I’ll never succeed with the agency.

      Don’t listen to them, it took me 4-5 months to sell me first client on a smaller retainer and I’ve been doing over $10k/mo for months now a year and a half later. Everyone goes at different paces

    I think its becoming more and more obvious that a lot of theses "Gurus" like Iman have no actual business or experience. Its easy to find out too when you ask for proof and there is a change of subject or a excuse given, also age is a big giveaway, some people selling courses are in their early 20s, I am not saying its impossible to make it early but its very very rare and to then go from running a successful business to instantly selling courses/guides is a very small timeframe. This now seems to have evolved into these "Entrepreneur" Communities, where they buy into a group of "Alphas" to chase their ambitions.
