Sam, thank you for these videos! I've been cold calling roofers in the UK for 3+ months, at this point nearly done 4,000 cold calls - booked a lot of appointments but very few showed up. Not been able to hold a secure client yet... Since, I believe your clients are UK home improvement businesses, I wanted your advice?
Change your approach, cold calls aren't the best from experience. Cold emails with a loom videos attached introducing yourself and showing them what their website can look like or a link to an already made website with their logo, converts loads. Also try bark or upwork, it costs but cheap per lead and people actually looking for Web designers on there.

Simple docusign, but usually take 50% up front 50% on completion before delivery.

Make a highly detailed video on what you did... Research, planning, actions taken- what, when, why? A 10 min video will not justify completely.
