Skype recently discontinued to provide international numbers to Indians. So although you can still make calls but I don't think it's worth it if your prospects are going to see +91 on their phone.

Where to buy a US number for cold calling and how much the number costs and how much calls we can make in how much money. Please reply.
I just recently connected with Skype support team to troubleshoot the error I was facing while trying to renew my skype number and they told me that with new updates to their platform... New Indian users will be unable to purchase and use international number although calling subscription is still accessible however if you ask me, I'd say it's worthless if you are not dialing through USA number. It's sad but I am actively looking for better alternatives

No man, you can't buy a US number anymore. You can renew though if you had bought a number previously from skype.
