Great video, love your content. If you’re looking for anymore video ideas I think one like this but on how to offer site maintenance would be good. I see a lot of people saying the charge monthly for site maintenance but I can’t find anything on how to actually provide that service. I would also be interested to see how you implement blogs for your customers, how do you charge for that, how do you get the content written, how are the blogs maintained? Anyway thanks for the video

I’m 18 years old and from South Africa 🇿🇦 and I’ve been trying to learn about SEO for the last year or so, I’m so grateful I came across your video as it’s by far the best and most informative I’ve watched. Hey what’s your thoughts on giving people a price upfront on your website have a set fixed price for certain services and if they want to customise we discuss a bespoke plan or is that a bad idea ?
I think it’s a good idea, it gives people an idea of your price before going through the process of taking calls and wasting each others time if they are not a good fit. I would always price services starting with “From £XXXX” so that gives you scope to increase if it’s a larger project without any frustration from the prospect. Hope that helps

hey Tristan, thanks for the video. l know l can do better with my agency if l can get a good direction on how to execute better. l have been working from home running my Agency doing web design only since 2021. Plenty of ups and downs and I can't seem to kill the full and dry leads pattern. Recently, I have started offering SEO and l have taken some time to learn it and l resonate with your content. A little push and guided direction will go a long way in my journey.
