This is a great video, shares some quite rare insights. Do you have any data on close rates of retainer services when pitching/not pitching the audit?
Either works, but for us, pitching the audit upfront has a higher conversion rate (leading to the retainer).
If niching down, can i work with multiple businesses in same niche in same location?
I would limit it two businesses per location (exclusivity is part of the sales angle)
