Hey Nathan, might want to try the "SEO Meta in 1 Click" Chrome Extension. It is so much easier than digging in the source code looking for headers and other information.
I usally start from Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights becase these tools are completely free and awesome. Then I jump with keyword research in order to find topics, not general keywords. I usually search for topics that have a lot of volume and a lack of quality content.

But the problem is that whenever i comeback to see a perticular part in your video like " Keyword Cannibalization" part only, then i have to search through the video. So If you can Add timestamp with Each checklist in Your description, it would be hell easy to navigate through the video and people can actually see what points you will cover even before watching the whole video. Since it's bad practice to create links for each service header (Back Injury, Motorcycle crash, etc), would there be a benefit to using a link inside the body of each service preview that had anchor text for a target medium tail KW, and then point it to the service page? Example - if they got rid of the link on the Motorcycle Crash heading, and instead included a link with the anchor text "motorcycle crash attorney" in the middle of the paragraph and then linked to that service page, would that help their rankings for that KW in Google potentially? Thanks!
Hey Alex, thank you! I definitely prefer contextual links, but you have to consider first link priority (Google may only count the first instance of anchor text). Sometimes navigational links are a necessity with large websites

Still artificial link building regardless of the quality of the content. Focus on getting editorial links if you want better results and want to stay safe

I have a question. Is having mainly brand anchor text always the good thing? If a website had rich anchor texts from relevant websites to specific products or topics, isn’t that also good? Ho do I audit when the balance between the anchor texts are good for my website?

If after 3 Months of retainer … Your phone isn’t ringing … and you’re not on your way to making a return on your investment ..that would scare me. What are you paying this agency? If it’s $500 per month you are wasting your money. … good seo is quite expensive
Depends on the KPIs. If the page is outdated/thin and doesn't have any quality KPIs (traffic, leads, sales, backlinks, etc), then it's a candidate for deletion. If a page has content worth salvaging, I'll try to find a page where we can consolidate in a natural way and then 301.
Can you not just assign canonical URLS to the similar pages to tell Google which one to prioritise? I know rank math allows you to do that for similar pages
Some SEO experts on youtube say geting backlinks from Web 2.0 sites is good and you're saying its not which leaves me a little confused :) So are all Web 2.0 sites bad...including medium and quora?

Depends on the size of the website and complexity of their issues, but 4-8 hours is pretty accurate
