Grandma’s serving style reminds me of how they ate fresh foods and maintained optimal health. Please send me a plate. Thanks for teaching us these tips and helping us not to forget our roots.
Hmm like i said i will make it. I just wanna say rhanks a zillion i got the ingredients needed from an ibo Nigerian store. And i made it exactly as instructed. And it's amazing both the taste and look. Even smells so wonderful. Though no palm wine to top it all up. Hubby is super excited. All thanks to you. 😘
My sister Flo, let me tell you. You have so changed my life with your channel. I made this abacha today. Absolutely amazing and scrumptious. Even my oyinbo neighbors were smaking their lips and asking for more. Please keep up the good work. I will post a Pic on your Instagram page. Thank you again.
Have you try Abacha Ngodo isuochi, we call it iwu though, we have various varieties and methods to the Abacha... We don't use potash but ncha in preparing the ngu. Full options should include sweet corn and mushroom
Sist next time try to fry or roast the Efu a lit bit before grounding it will give the Abach a very rich taste. Both the crsyfish fry a lil bit, if u are using dry pepper also fry a lil bit. Just try it
Nice one Flo 😘👍. Green leafy lettuce (not romaine or butter lettuce )is also a good one in place of garden egg leaves ,then u can also use eggplant if garden egg is not available.they are almost the same . 😄😊

please Flo can i use plantain fufu flour for ukpo ogede. i saw your receipe i want to try it. you said plantain flour. i don't know if the fufu flour is the same. please reply.
Linda Umidy it should be OK to use it as plantain flour. I think they are "technically" the same. Remember that overripe plantain must be added to it for it to be tasty. 👍
