I love that the abacha woman translates everything - she knows the reason for every procedure ( there are some things she explained here that I used to think was just tradition 😂)
One thing I like with the woman is that she speaks so well
Now i getttt, warm water to soak for few minutes... I actually soaked mine in a very boiled water close to 10mins that my abacha came out looking like a porridge 😂😂😂😂... Now i get the logic... Thank you 🙌
OMG sorry ooo 😂😂😂😂 Uwc dear 🥰❤️
😂😂
😅😅
I use boiling water, just put the abacha in a sieve and pour the water directly on it, you don't need to soak it
😂😂😂😂 Abacha
Have been making abacha but after trying dis recipe wow it came out Soo nice 👍
Very nice video. Can we know how ncha or ngu is prepared. You showed the stuff the palm tree but I want to know how they made it into that sticky ball
Please how did you cook the kpomo is there special ingredients for it?
What is the difference between Ehu and Ehuru? I enjoyed the video. I want to make my own too at home.
Ehu seed and Ehuru seed are the same thing.
Hmm! Yummy. This my best when it comes to native delicacies
🥰❤️
@Danicakosy Pls, can you list all the ingredients ?
My best local delicacy 😋 I don't joke with abacha and I make it perfectly well
Location please

Well done. Abacha is one of my favourite food. You have only showed us how to prepare it but how did they get the cassava sliced in tiny bits before drying and using it for abacha?
I have a video on my channel that explains that....ruclips.net/video/uebZNQwRURs/видео.htmlsi=PnHSt1Ruiea4K2BI
I love the noise and the environment it’s village and making of abacha is best with your fingers ❤❤❤😂😂I grew up in Enugu and abacha is one of my favorite food. You make it with good ogiri. Then you have arrived
🤗♥️🥰
I love the background tone🥰...it goes well with the type of igbo content
Thank you 🥰❤️
Thank you Danica , next time please bring to us how to process the cassava for abaca.

This video was so detailed. Thank you so much
The lady making the abacha looks familiar
I think she made abacha for my sister’s traditional wedding
She looks really familiar

Please in which market will i buy the Ncha in Lagos?
Girl you just took my to my village obinofia in Ezeagu. I miss the way our jigbo or abacha taste after you make it. Wow I want to visit home to eat this for real.thanks for making my mouth salivate
Ezeagu lga? Enugu?
🥰🥰❤️
I'm salivating, I hope I don't eat it in my dreams 😅
Please don't hun 😄😄
The Ncha is also called Ngor the desired taste and results can also be achieved with Akanwu or potash but Ncha is desirable because it does not purge and not everyone like Akanwu. Ncha is gotten from palm tree and is used for soap making
Thank you ♥️ 😊
I like abacha ,but I don’t know the ingredients to make it taste ,can you name the ingredients to make my own abacha at home?
Hi check my page for ingredients
I'm hearing of uziza and ehu for the first time, will try it out next time and come back to give you feedback😊
Just go Enugu market tell ingredient for Abacha. Everything is ready. You don't even have to fry papper

There are some African Dishes we eat with our Fingers just like they eat Hamburgers in USA with Fingers. Our African Semovita and Soup, Boiled Meat like Goat Meat, Chicken Meat, Cow and Ram Meats ( Fu Fu or Akpu or Garri).
You have to use your Fingers to get the real TASTE of this. You must be out of you Mind to use Knives and Fork to eat Utara or Cassava based Fu Fu. Even Yam and Vegetables mixed and pounded taste BETTER eaten with Fingers ...............Never Knives, Fork and Spoon like we were forced to eat this GREAT Meal with in High Schools. This Abacha can be eaten with Spoon and Fork but Fingers are better.
Reserve Fork, Spoon and Knives for eating Yam Porridge, Rice and Stew, Yam and Beans, all Pepper Soups. Am I WRONG People?
Bring my own ooo looks good ❤
I enjoyed Watching
Thank you very much ❤️
