20 Min Barre Workout: Slow Burn, Controlled Movement

  • Join me in the studio today for this Barre Workout that requires slow and controlled movement for that amazing burn. We will be using the following props:
    ~small ball
    ~1 yoga block
    ~mat
    Today we will be working in plie in 1st, plie in 2nd, releve and mat work to open up the hips and work core and glutes.
