Early PG era (June 2008- May 2010) was still good and had decent storylines because it still had that vibe from the Ruthless Aggression era that carried over with the main stars of the era. WWE kinda started going downhill after WM 26 IMO.
I know!! my Sister was a Freshman in High School at the time time and I was in 8th Grade, we grew up in a Child's Access Agency and I had no friends at all during that school year but was enjoying the things I did had and Pro Wrestling was one of them.. sad how it's becoming just another Indy show now.

I usually get bored of these "talking" videos but for some reason it's interesting with this guy. I think it's because he sounds very authentic and real. You can tell he really has a passion for wrestling and doesn't just make videos for views.
I really loved the final four showdown because it pretty much set up 3 huge matches for Mania. HBK not winning was a bit disappointing but he and Undertaker didn't need the title for their match to be good, Cena eliminating Batista kicked off their storyline for the WWE Championship and of course Edge winning started his feud with Chris Jericho. I rewatch that whole sequence every once in a while because it was so masterfully done. Great storytelling

And during this Rumble we saw a bunch of the storylines start up with Legacy starting to crack and Batista and Cena going at it. So much was going on during this Show instead of just Matches.

The three words that can describe this Royal Rumble Match. "To The Point" Minimum number of men in the ring. Definitive story. Its one of the reason people complaint this Rumble match was short.
That's really cool man! Personally SVR introduced me to soo many different songs, SVR 06 and 07 had Goat themes, SVR 08 was just awesome and Cool and SVR 09 was sooo good. SVR 10 while nice never really stuck with me like the others haha.

That period from 2009 end to 2010 wrestlemania is seriously one of the best ever... Storylines between Jericho and edge... Shawn and undertaker... Batista and cena... All were so well executed and their intermixing was so well done .. Jericho winning elimination chamber with shawn's help ... Edge spearing jericho in rumble.. batista eliminating shawn... Man so cool
It sucks that if you look at the roster between 2004-2011, you arguably had some of the best talent in wrestling history. It’s a shame because every ppv could have been as amazing as this match but much of that era is known as a low point in WWE 😢

Shawn Michaels should have ended the streak in 2010.Then retired in a triple threat match against Undertaker and triple h at wrestlemania 28 in the end of an era we're all three of them retire on the spot because in reality after that match all three of them didnt do much. All were so well executed and their intermixing was so well done .. Jericho winning elimination chamber with shawn's help ... Edge spearing jericho in rumble.. batista eliminating shawn... Man so cool

It sucks that if you look at the roster between 2004-2011, you arguably had some of the best talent in wrestling history. It’s a shame because every ppv could have been as amazing as this match but much of that era is known as a low point in WWE 😢

You really reminded me how amazing Pro Wrestling use to be when it focused more on Characters and Stories rather than Matches and Workrates. This rumble brings me back to 8 th Grade. Shawn Michaels should have ended the streak in 2010.Then retired in a triple threat match against Undertaker and triple h at wrestlemania 28 in the end of an era we're all three of them retire on the spot because in reality after that match all three of them didnt do much.
