3 exercises with different levels of difficulty so that everyone can do.
These exercises have to be done in addition to the week 1 stretches.

Actually I'll do the exercise regularly and even my mom will do but she was always worried about her weight as she's diabetic even though she loves sweets she never used to have anything but after seeing your videos she's following everything except for the tea( I don't think so she can never stop having tea early in the morning) she's very happy with the exercises that you are saying, right now she is worshipping you as her guru as she's elder she wants to bless you abundantly and also she prays for your well being daily.This is the first time my mom could sit down without any cramps in her last 30 years right from her young age itseems now she's 57. She's very happy with the fact that she could sit down not for a long time but she could sit. Thank you so much Madam from the bottom of my heart ❤️.Thanks. a million tons.

As a part of my new year resolution, I restarted my cardio. Coincidentally, I came across the 12 week fitness project 2022 and supplemented the exercises/stretches recommended by Rujuta Ma'am to my ongoing scheduled workout. Trust me, the stretches are a big relief to the tired legs. The best post workout stretches I have ever come across in my life. These stretches also give a reality check to our state of fitness. Being an young individual in the early 20's, I used to think that these stretches are way too easy for me. But when started to implement, got a big reality check and got the fact straight to my head that enough of me for taking my body for granted. Big thanks to Rujuta Ma'am for this project.

These strengthening exercises have certainly bought immense stability in my knees. I’m feeling as though I’m using my thighs to walk these days . Thank you very much dear , for guiding us with easy steps and do-able tips.

Started this program on a very positive spirit - to improve my fitness level. First week stretches are awesome and easily managed. Second week exercises are equally good and trying them gives an idea of my fitness level. Getting up with one leg folded without support seems a difficult one. but will keep trying and I am sure I will reach the comfortable stage y the end of the program. Thank you Rujuta for guiding us.

Am doing the stretches religiously for the past whole week and feeling much better. Since time, dress situation is not a problem it's easy to follow.
Did today's exercises along.
Except the 2nd one I could manage others.
I need both hands to get up on one leg. Shall work on it every day slowly to get up on one leg without support.

I am really loving these stretches, following religiously, very easy to do, from the start of lock down I became lazy and drowsy all the time,,, don't want to do anything ,stiffness allover body weight gain... But I am feeling light and easy now feeling fresh after 2 years...hope weight will lose gradually
