Positive reinforcement about our own behaviours is crucial to self improvement just as negative reinforcement is too (confronting your flaws to improve)

this is so scary i had a girl doing that to me and what i came to realize is that these problems start in the home during childhood atleast in the case of the girl who was stalking me it was because she was never told no by anyone (shes mentally disabled so somewhat understandable) but because she was raised well into her 30s believing no wasnt an answer this happened. im pretty sure she is still stalking my wife and i cause she for whatever reason has gotten a job right near our home which is clear across town from where she lives...

Then he went right back to verbally harassing me saying things like "Your gonna have my baby one day" eww. And before graduation he begged for my number. What makes it even worse is that a couple of years ago I moved to the other side of my city and found out that he moved a few blocks away a bit after. And its been almost 2 decades since I've been in Jr highschool...
