One of the important points of his proposed "Agreement" is that she quit her job immediately and move in with him. This is a classic maneuver used by men to control their partners because once you quit your job, you rely on your husband to provide everything for you, and it is much harder for you to leave when your husband controls all of your joint finances. This is referred to as "Financial Abuse". This man is 45 years old and it's obvious that he was brought up on the lie that money can buy you everything. He spent his entire life accruing wealth believing it to be the key that would unlock all doors. Suddenly, he looked around and realized he was 45 and extremely alone. All he has is money and time so he thought he could use those as currency to buy a whole ass woman and use her, indeed, as a breed mare to start a family. I don't think so honestly. As a man I'm constantly hearing about how terrifying it is to be a woman, how every man is a creep and a rapist and an abuser and blah blah blah. There is an inherent fear in men to even look at a woman now lest we be labeled as a creep or something, and if we're friendly it is automatically assumed we have sexual intentions. This is publically talked about in men's spaces. I think it's just a qualifier he feels he needs to use just for being a man and is indicative of deeper societal issues.
Am I defending him? Not necessarily. I think he's just being honest. Perhaps too honest, and too forward in a way that is not PC or socially acceptable. Perhaps he has some challenges mentally and doesn't quite understand how to interact with others socially. However, after his initial proposal was denied he should have respected that boundary and ended up making an ass of himself.

No. This phrase means, "If you don't say yes, the consequence is harassment and violence." He would get more and more pushy with her over text, increasingly threatening and violent. He'd likely use every resource at his disposal to find out where she lives/shops/works and stalk her there. I am certain that if she didn't take further action to protect herself (like blocking, involving police, or restraining order) he would take any opportunity to kidnap her.

This is a classic maneuver used by men to control their partners because once you quit your job, you rely on your husband to provide everything for you, and it is much harder for you to leave when your husband controls all of your joint finances. My appendix surgery where I have to stay in the hospital for day and unable to walk for while because I didn’t go the doctor fast because i though I have a stomach virus not that it brusted seem like a blessing compared to that
