It’s an open house. Those random ropes and barriers are to tell the public areas that are not for access. This dude has not leased the property at all.
You’re right the address is 901 N. Alpine Drive in Beverly Hills and is built and owned by Albert Elkouby, CEO of JH Design. The house is actually estimated to be between 19-27 million according to Redfin. Tai (or the current renter) leases it for around 110,000 a month according to Coldwell Banker Realty.
Tai also loves to flex his 2 million number on IG however most of his followers are paid or are bots. Notice how there is almost no engagement with his posts and if you click on the number of likes you'll see he regularly can't even hit hundreds of likes.
My uncle is a realtor and occasionally sales mansions, i would go to his open houses to look around for fun. Those ropes arent for a charity event he had, they are used to let people at the open house know that the area is off limits. Most of the time its where the current residents are storing their stuff or where they are hiding during the open house. So this dude is at a open house, he isn't even leasing it. Which is even more sad.
And when he opened the gate in the beginning, he probably saw the real family. Because when he turns around and says let’s go this way first. He’s got the “Oh Shit” look
My regular house is super easy to section off business and personal. I had these things installed, they call them doors. I have one that separates my office from the rest of my house. It’s so nice, for business purposes
Yeah, I have seven barriers in my house. They’re crazy good one separates the toilet from the sink room. The other separates the sink room from the hallway. Hell, I even have four of them that separate hallways to bedrooms!!! imagine that? We came across some crazy new technology called doors.

At the end of the day he’s making bank. 1 day or 10+ years from now he could become a “changed” man and garner support from the majority of people while still living his lavish life. Yes life isn’t about money but I would say the best life is a stress free one. And this guy doesn’t seem to be stressing.
I'm beginning to think being around any of these "influencers" must be absolutely exhausting. I couldn't even imagine how exhausting it must be to be one of these people, peace and simplicity is soo underrated.
The "I sold tables and gave the money to charity" means he used other people's money to pay less taxes. Same thing walmart does when they ask you to donate a dollar. He forced other people to donate while avoiding taxes. He gave nothing.
That's not how it works and is a bad comparison. If Walmart asks you to donate a dollar to give to charity, then they can only write off the $1 that they now have to give to charity. It doesn't help them in anyway to pay less taxes on their profit. If Tai held a charity event, then he could write off the expenses for holding the event.
They probably didn't let him do much. I'm 99% sure that the reason why all of those stories are fake and really awful (like cinema story, God damnit, 5 y o would make up a better story in a second) is because he had maybe like an hour to shoot the whole thing. He is clearly entering random rooms and making up stories on the spot. The fact that instead of saying to lease he said to buy for reason #11 clearly means that he couldn't even get back to reshoot that. Also, the fact that no one there interacts with him on any level is just hilarious.
Looks like an events venue for weddings/birthdays and the like. The cordoned off area for staff and decorations in storage. The ropes to keep people away from the pool. I know nothing about the guy, but it seems like satire. Especially since he’s actively pointed out all the things which are associated with NOT owning a property, and exaggerated things like reading lots of books. If he’s a true scammer, I’d hedge all my bets on him trying to get out of trouble by doing the whole “it was just a joke guys” reveal to get the FBI off his ass or something😂
The address is 901 N.
@@NikolaPasic-is9pu not to mention that he went ahead to press a random button on the cinema theater couch, thinking it would do something like changing the lights or move the leg rest up and down to try to "sell his sleeping story", but then hit buttons that did absolutely nothing because he's never been close to that room, and just walked away without even acknowledging what he just failed to press lol
he was editing his videos, supposedly watching them, and still didn't fix this. i have an inkling he spent 10 minutes editing the very beginning and then couldn't be bothered anymore
I know a guy that pays Tai 100k a year to be his friend/mentor. And has become a literal tai lopez lite in our area and has lost all his friends and family doing so.
At 6.03 watch his eyes as he backs into the room. He looks to his right and you can clearly tell he’s peeking over to make sure no one’s there before the camera guy walks into it
"I have a complete set of Berenstain Bears, and I like to read 3 or 4 of them when I can't sleep. Unless of course, my mommy is here and she reads them to me."
Looks like someone who invited you to a house he's never been in, pretending it's his, and is just discovering rooms and shit as he walks you through the house.
15:45 the books there are a big tell for me that this place is just a temporary studio for filming purposes. From the "here in my garage" video, you can tell that books are supposedly his life, he's build a small library of his books in his original home. But in his 1-year-lease mansion supposedly didn't have the funds to get some contractors in to make a bookcase. So his library is basically a pile of books on the floor which look like they were freshly unloaded from boxes to use as video props.
You had to be there, it was a pretty huge meme, but now you get it. This clown pretends to be rich, and sells you a cure that actually makes him money. You're up to speed now.
16:25 "Nest egg"???? I don't think he knows what "nest egg" means lmao. He's saying that phrase as if it means like your "nest" or where you go home to. Nest egg is not a place lmao. It's an amount of money. He should probably read more books if he still doesn't understand basic terms like that.
Another comment somewhere here said that whoever is leasing this home is paying about $110,000/month. That’s $1.3 million a year. Just buy the damn house.
In that case we're talking about 23 to 100 M, whatever the actual cost is, vs. "only" 1.3 M (albeit for a year only), which is obviously substantially less. Except it still doesn't make any financial sense to throw that amount into the gutter, even if you have that level of expendable money. Either : - You have the means to buy and maintain the house and pay for the lavish lifestyle that goes with it, in which case just fucking do it, you can recover at least partially that value if not more in the future ; - Or you only have the means to spend 1 to 2 M a year for a lease, in which case it's fucking demented to basically throw away a substantial part of your fortune if not most/all of it just for the sake of a flex or even if it's merely for your "confort", especially if, as he claims, he doesn't live all that much in it to begin with. All the other bullshit reasons he gives makes his case even worse. Absolute brainrotted financial illiterate fraud he is. Pathetic. (And all of this is painfully obviously just an act, he'd be lucky to have the means to lease half of that property for even a single day...)
reason why people actually rent: - can't fully buy, don't want to commit, inbetween jobs or travelling, don't want to deal with repairs etc reason why this guy rents: - I live in multiple places so I want to lease more houses I wont use, I have a farm but despise the lifestyle, I need an office with a pool so why not have a house with a ballroom, I prefer to make my richer friend richer by paying him monthly, I barely fill a room so why buy a house, I don't want to pay a personal manager to sort my adulting so I pay the landlord
It’s an open house. Those random ropes and barriers are to tell the public areas that are not for access. This dude has not leased the property at all.

So basically he's what you get when "she goes to a different school, you wouldn't know her," takes on human form.
Shout out to the realtor that let him stage it like he lives there for the vid
Provided us with entertainment.
The address is 901 N.
20:48 "the next reason to BUY" 💀 the man is getting lost in his own sauce
Lmao I didn’t even notice bro forgot the point of his own video 💀
I’m pretty sure the dude is off his face 😂
he was editing his videos, supposedly watching them, and still didn't fix this. i have an inkling he spent 10 minutes editing the very beginning and then couldn't be bothered anymore
He probably made 2 separate videos and go them mixed up
One video why to buy
And another video why to lease
"Tie why are you still doing business"
No one says that
Even a 80 year old can buy stock
Even a 80 year old can buy real estate and sell.
I know a guy that pays Tai 100k a year to be his friend/mentor. And has become a literal tai lopez lite in our area and has lost all his friends and family doing so.
100k????????????????????
that is awesome if true
broo give me $20k and i will literally teach how make actual money in real life!!
Does he actually make money?
How does “guy” afford 100k with a poor man’s attitude? 😂
Renting office space must be real expensive these days. Better to lease a $100m mansion to get a good deal.
the books flex is so funny. almost as funny as the random ass people being there and completely ignoring him
This dude lives in a Motel 6 off of the interstate
@11:30 “Anton” is probably just the realtor waiting for him to wrap up his stupid video so he can lock the place back up 😂
Truly important work Anton is doing.
Anton was the best part of the video ha ha
i swear i love watching you break down these financial gurus
Guy walking around in the background with a clipboard adds to the fact that he's just there showing the place/just have permission to film and leave.
It's like a toddler is showing me around their house pointing out everything

its all Minecraft levels.....
This is the most thorough roast I have ever witnessed.
At 6.03 watch his eyes as he backs into the room. He looks to his right and you can clearly tell he’s peeking over to make sure no one’s there before the camera guy walks into it
He's not even in the video at 6:03...
@ well 6.04 then..guess I was a second off -.-
@@wfujay3946Are you blind? He’s literally in frame at 6:03
@@tioswift3676 yeah idk what this dudes talking about
His body language and lack of eye contact is telling.

Holy shit not the "You know what I like more than my Lamborghini? Knowledge" dude... I havent seen him in years 😂😂
“I read 25 mother f books a day “ 😅😅
You can buy a smaller house for the cost of renting a $100M house
You can buy 200 huge houses with that money!
@@jonnnnniej maybe like 20 in this market 😬
A years rent here would get you a million dollar house cash money.

The house is worth 19-25 million its for lease at 110k a month
These kind of roast videos are so Fucking Cozy to watch. Absolutely Love it!

Honestly, that is quite a true representation of the amount of work the average CEO gets done on a regular day.
I think he had a phone in his hand. probably OF
But CEO's are always working so hard! /s
Anton didnt really look like he was doing CEO stuff or maybe he was , is that what CEOs really do , DAM !

Another comment somewhere here said that whoever is leasing this home is paying about $110,000/month. That’s $1.3 million a year. Just buy the damn house.
Bruh how can you say pay 110K a month or buy for 100M and determine clearly the answer is buy for 100M. Brainrot
The house isn't even 100mil.
@@milesteller105119-27mil house as the the other commenter said. It’s nowhere close to 100mil
@@milesteller1051But it’s not $100M, estimated value is closer to $23M.
In that case we're talking about 23 to 100 M, whatever the actual cost is, vs. "only" 1.3 M (albeit for a year only), which is obviously substantially less. Except it still doesn't make any financial sense to throw that amount into the gutter, even if you have that level of expendable money. Either :
- You have the means to buy and maintain the house and pay for the lavish lifestyle that goes with it, in which case just fucking do it, you can recover at least partially that value if not more in the future ;
- Or you only have the means to spend 1 to 2 M a year for a lease, in which case it's fucking demented to basically throw away a substantial part of your fortune if not most/all of it just for the sake of a flex or even if it's merely for your "confort", especially if, as he claims, he doesn't live all that much in it to begin with. All the other bullshit reasons he gives makes his case even worse.
Absolute brainrotted financial illiterate fraud he is. Pathetic.
(And all of this is painfully obviously just an act, he'd be lucky to have the means to lease half of that property for even a single day...)
11:14 CEO Anton getting some work done. 😂🤣 👀This part was hilarious! You’re right, no one even acknowledged him?! What a strange tour.
reason why people actually rent:
- can't fully buy, don't want to commit, inbetween jobs or travelling, don't want to deal with repairs etc
reason why this guy rents:
- I live in multiple places so I want to lease more houses I wont use, I have a farm but despise the lifestyle, I need an office with a pool so why not have a house with a ballroom, I prefer to make my richer friend richer by paying him monthly, I barely fill a room so why buy a house, I don't want to pay a personal manager to sort my adulting so I pay the landlord
