After watching this review, I had to have it. I found one for cheap, barely used, and intact. It trully is a sight to behold, as if Optimus had stepped out of the tv screen and into you hands. My favorite part is the Matrix, it's made with metal and feels heavy with the burden of leadership. Worth every penny.

Damn, it's already 8 years later and in my opinion it aged well. This boy has been the BEST Optimus Prime figure for the longest time. And even though we have MP-44 now, I still think this is a very good figure. Personally, I prefer MP-44 for it's cartoon accuracy. But if you want just a simple and solid (and cheaper I might add) optimus prime this is definitely the way to go. :)

Found this used, loose, but in near perfect condition at a local store for $160 yesterday, April 2021. Only thing missing is Spike. I don't know if this is a good price for it or not but I'm very very happy to have this toy. I had MP-01 and MP-44 but no MP-10, finally I have an MP-10, even if it's not the Takara version. I'm happy!
I've had him for a few years now and he's still one of my favorites. It's completely worth it and if you're thinking about getting one you absolutely should

If G1 Optimus Prime ever comes to the studio series line I think he should look something like this but leader class, just like how SS86 Ultra Magnus looks like his masterpiece figure.

Man, this figure is absolutely incredible and brilliantly engineered. This figure speaks for itself, it's an absolute masterpiece.
Yeah not as stupidly expensive as the mp44 but ofc the cab of the 44 is heavily engineered then Mp10
Even for a figure at least 7 years old, in my opinion it beats MP-44
