I know this is an older video but the reason he doesn't have a plain red cross is due to by law (in every country that abides by the Geneva convention) only the red cross organization can use a red cross.
Always wanted this as a kid and my parents couldn’t afford much now as an adult I got back into transformers and building my collection and finally got him. Your videos are very detailed and enjoyable to watch thank you.
That little piece of cardboard makes an incredible difference in looks!
Yeah i keep it in his chest at all times. Best accessory imo. Just wish it worked in vehicle mode to cover the god awful G1 face

I love this figure more than Ironhide, that classic all white just looks so good and clean.
I think this guy was one of the first transformers I owned as a kid, wasn't till years later that I learnt why he didn't transform into a robot like in the cartoons (with a proper head etc), fascinating journey

I may be mistaken here, but is that some crazy scratching on that chrome bumper in the beginning? Also, that joke at the beginning. I told my girlfriend that and she told me it was such a Dad joke. Thankfully, I am one haha. Great video. Thanks!

I owned a G1 Ironhide, and I couldn't figure out how to transform it. I got it from a yard sale, so it was probably missing something important.
emgo I think, but I dont know, I think the sleds are called the med-sled (for ratchet) and the gun-sled (for ironhide)

Well if you really want plain red crosses you can just take a pair of scissors and cut out the little red squares, not a big deal.
Nice figure overall. I would have liked a serious face option instead of the missile launcher, but it's ok I guess.

Man for some reason I was hoping your end skit would have Ironhide in it with the quote leaking lubricant.
I had cake wars on and they were making g1 Megs and I heard the transition noise from g1 and I immediately look to the tv
I took the bottom row of stickers and cut the squares off so just the cross was left and it looks perfect

If you want a Red Cross, you can also use an X-acto knife and cut the blocks out of the stickers.

From what I heard all the Masterpiece figures are getting reissued by Hasbro. I think the only difference will be the coloring like they did with Optimus
But I prefer Takara
