- LOST WORLD TOUR! Arlo Guthrie with The Burns Sisters, Marie, Annie and Jeannie, Abe on keyboards, Bobby Sweet on violin, Jody Lampro on Bass and the incredible Terry a La Berry on drums. Arlo tells a story about the hurricane that hit our place in Florida (very funny) and Katrina that hit New Orleans.
His CD titled "In Times Like These" is with the Kentucky Orchestra all except this song, done solo.

Love you, Arlo. I like to imagine I am one of the friends who've gathered with you one by one . I see you as often as I can. This song gives me heart, though I am truly weary. You set a good example of how to face the hard times. When everyone else seems to just be into it for the money, you not only make us smile, laugh and cry, but you are also a blessing. Keep up the good works.

In times like these - a song for all of us at some point or another.
Arlo, you have never lost your touch over these many decades! Fortunately, I get to see you about every other year in Keene, NH or that vicinity. My kids first "concert" was seeing you perform. 'Course, they listened to you growing up and as they became teens, they would swipe my records. Guess that dates me. My granddaughter is getting the same treatment but at a much younger age. She saw you when she was 18 months (dancing in the aisle), again at 3 1/2 and 5 1/2 (you were in Brattleboro). She was disappointed because she was all ready to get up on stage to sing with you!
Now more than ever. And not just hurricanes.
Please Arlo come to good ol Germany once more!!!!! I promise you can stay with us and I will cook for you!!!😂❤
