Arlo onstage with our kids and grand kids! The two year old girls, Jorie and Sophie make requests at the end of the show that gets their Pop going with Tom Paxton's" Bunny Wunny song", to telling a story about the giant frog with a saddle, to a story his dad used to tell about the "Rabbits & the Dogs", ending with My Peace. This is just one concert out of 87. Every night was different.
We had such a great time out there on the road, that we are going to do it again!
July 14, 2012 will be Woody's 100th Birthday Celebration! This upcoming tour will be titled, "The Guthrie Family Rides Once Again!"
The two year old girls will then be four. :) OMG

Arlo, you, and now your multi-generation troop, have the magical power to make me laugh hysterically one moment, and then bring me to tears in the next. The kids are a riot, the Bunny Tales priceless spontaneity, and Woody's "My Peace" just ripped me to shreds. He now has, what, four generations singing it?

The last time I saw Arlo in concert was probably around the time this clip was made and I doubt I'll ever have the privilege again. He is my favorite performer not just for his music but for the way he made it a family gig and he invites us to sit in; I love him for his warmth, his humor and his amazing energy.

The Bunny Wunny song was my nieces' favorite too, they always asked for it every time they were visiting.
This is so awesome...I don't know how many times I've seen this but I try to see it whenever I can. It means so much more now since we are once again living in troubled times. Thank you Jackie for filming this for all of us to see and revisit...and of course thanks to Woody and Arlo as well. :)
I saw a version of this wonderful chaos in Albuquerque and I remember it with great fondness. Thanks for Jackie for making this version available
