    Really fun, always like using simulations in different ways than expected. Id say you could get some faster results using redshift scatter objects, plus throw in some particle color to drive your shader. Either way, a great starting point to keep experimenting.

      Definitly. You dont get a represenatiton in the viewport but its so much lighter to run

    Totally love this tutorial and your way of teaching - This was my first time doing something along these lines and it was great to have the clear explanations and narrative as you went along. I'm well on my way to doing some more cool and creative stuff with your help! Thank you!

    Very cool! Thanks for showing how easy the pyro setup is.
    Curious why you didn't use RS hair on the spline instead of creating geo

    Anyone want to share their opinion on Insydium Fused versus the C4D new particle system? Do we think we might not need Insydium in near future, etc.

    Looking at this, wouldnt it be simpler to just make the circles like 180° degree, use the random effector as you did, but instead of generating mesh just put a redshift-tag on it and let redshift convert it to hair?

    • @ELECTR0HERMIT
      @ELECTR0HERMIT 19 дней назад

      I'm guessing you would lose the ability to control the instances, reduce the workload of rendering all of those particles.

    TBH you don't need such tiny voxel size like 3cm to let particles read velocity data. sth like 20cm will do the trick just fine.
