Said it before.....I come for the person, that's you. Wish you would be less self deprecating. You are awesome just being you. Really wish you had someone in your life reinforcing the fact that you are awesome, creative, bubbly, and cool to be around. To quote Mr. Dundee....if we hung out, we would be mates. :) (in the Australian sense of the expression...lol)

I cry every single time I watch this song, and that's everyday. I feel this is one of the few special songs that got the vocals, music and video spot on and it just hits you so powerfully. A great song should bring out your emotions. If it does then its just perfect. That's not to say other singers or songs aren't great but ones like this are just in a class of their own. I'm a 56 year old guy and been around music since I was 6 years old and very few have hit me with goosebumps, tears and a quivering lip and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
I just showed my mum this this morning and she's 80 and wants it for her funeral when she passes in the years to come. I want it used too.

@Nicolas Broszky the normies don't realize you have to fully unlock your rage now and then to understand the full depth of your whole spectrum of emotions.
No one can sing straight into your soul on a ballad like a Metal vocalist.

Its no trap. It doesn't matter that its metal band God works in mystery. Look at Apostle Paul or even Cyrus. If the music is uplifting to you don't fight it flow with it. For me living in USA today with demonic dems is a trap that most will fall into. The left has some wonderful ideology. The problem being in this time it will lead to genocide of certain groups like Christians first. Let your fear go rejoice in the Living Word. Amen.

@@Nemesis1ism ummm its not the left that are putting children in cages and trying to take away healthcare from ppl just cuz they are gay or trans. The left want freedom of religion, i say this as a Christian. All the left wants from religion is for our or anyone elses religion to tell them what to or not to do. Read the bible, the type of stuff that Jesus preached is what the left want.

This song makes me cry every time. You are not alone. And just so you know, this is a cover, as is Mad World from Donnie Darko. I like both versions of this song, but prefer the original of Mad World, not that the cover is bad, but Tears for Fears are special to me.

The song actually was part of a soundtrack, though the movie was "The Graduate" with Dustin Hoffman. The song was written and performed by Paul Simon and Arthur Garfunkle for their first album back in 1963. However, Paul Simon has been quoted saying that THIS is his favorite cover of his song.
