@@PrimordialNyx I think you're all just assuming that Ei sees herself as his mother. From what I've seen, there's nothing to suggest that she does. This got me all crying,And the way Scara Still called his creator His mother in The sumeru Cutscene of hypassia,I will do anything for these two to reunite PLEASE😭
We need this is the game. I feel that it would help him overcome his first betrayal. But seeing how even Ei and Miko no longer remember him, it just became a missed opportunity
According how the Fatui are based off of Commedia Dell'arte . Scaramouch will be playable and I think this is the only way hoyo will make him playable.
The matching electro marks on the back of scara and the shogun are basically a mark that they are made my ei.. maybe this can lead to future interactions between ei and scara that leaves ei remembering that she has some connection to the wandering puppet..
Ei didn't mistreated Scara. She is the Electro Archon she has responsibility. According to Miko Ei planned to dispose him bcuz he is just a prototype for the Raiden Shogun, But I guess she had a changed of heart and decided to let Scara live like a normal person wandering Inazuma, has own consciousness and free will and has no rules program into him. That's why Fatui took interest of him, after all he was created using an ancient technology that Maybe Ei only knows (Cuz if tsaritsa know this scara wouldn't be necessary for them to have). Cuz he has no rules he was basically easy to alter, Ei didn't know about it cuz she is the plane of Euthymia. Fatui is to blame for his actions and bad doings not Ei. Cuz I see a lot of people portraying Ei that she just used Scara for the raiden shogun and when he serve his purpose he was disposed like mere tool. When actually she understands the feeling of her creations cuz that's what Makoto taught to her, to not use someone as tools or weapons it was very evident when Ei and Raiden Shogun fights.
Well, she did still abandon him. Of course, likely not with bad intentions. However, with her reasoning being that he was too fragile, it implies that he was tossed aside because she thought he wasn’t strong enough. While I do agree that the Fatui should take some blame, it’s not like Ei didn’t hurt Scara at all. She just didn’t realize what it would seem like from his perspective, because she was so focused on enacting her idea of eternity. It reinforces the fact that her tunnel vision hurt a lot of people. It doesn’t make her a bad person per se, it just means she still has things she needs to atone for
@@Lilac_Lilith Very true. that's why I'm happy that she is becoming to understand Makoto's philosophies about what Eternity is. And I would like to see a future interaction with her and Scara.
@Harry Shade Ei meant well but in Sacra’s mind, if he were to look back on this time, he’d likely see it differently. To him, she just tossed him aside and surrounded him with reminders of who he failed to live up to, a creator who would never dare cast a glance his way again. Both seem to carry/have carried an ‘ends justify the means’ mentality, until Ei had a change of heart, so it would be interesting to see if they can eventually resolve things in the story. (I say Scara has an ‘ends justify the means’ mentality either because he just wanted to get the gnosis he was meant to store no matter what it took, or because he agrees with the fatui line of thinking that the one cicin mage told us of in the Chasm. To me, the former is more likely since I don’t think it’s a coincidence that he finally has the thing he was originally supposed to house)
>But I guess she had a changed of heart and decided to let Scara live like a normal person wandering Inazuma No, him wandering anywhere wasn't in the plan. She put him in a coma, he was not supposed to wake up on his own.
@@Lilac_Lilith I just feel like he believes he doesn't need justification - his wish is enough. What Catarina said was basically Snezhnaya's official stand on what Tsaritsa does with help of Fatui - prevents impending catastrophe. I do not think this is important to Scara at all, but we'll see of course.
this is so sad to watch after finishing the sumeru archon quest because now i know that this will never happen and scaramouche will never get the love that he deserves the fatui corrupted him with power and he was the perfect person to put in the role of a harbinger because after so much trauma and pain he just wanted controll over his life and seeing the gnosis pulled from him, i cant even imagine how it must feel to work so hard to have controll and power over your life for once and have it taken again for the 4th time until you are unable to move
It would be great if this *actually* happened. *Idk since I'm not Mihoyo employee, beside I think it has a low chance we getting what we expected* Scaramouche and Ei having a reunion again. They become mother-son relationship. And then he will fix his relationship with the everyone including the Traveler and Paimon *depends on what the Traveler opinion* and he decide to leave the name of Harbinger and live a normal life. And then he get into our side and become a playable character
Well, Childe is still a Harbinger and is now playable so, Scaramouch doesn't actually need to leave the Fatui to become playable. Even better, he appears to have cut off relations with the Fatui after getting the Electro Gnosis, so him being still a Harbinger is debatable. There is some lore that he was a prototype meant to store the Gnosis, so actually having it in his possession might make him more emotionally stable and less likely to try and kill the traveler + everyone else.

i'm back like 2 years later, and i just wanna admire the art as much as possible, as wholesome and heart warming as the concept is, i just wanna take some time to appreciate the art.
I don't know what am I doing...Just keep going back to this video over and over again. Nothing can describe how much I want this to happen in game. I'm aware that there's a small chance a reunion will happen because Scara has erased himself from everyone's memories, but still, a part of me still hope that Ei will recognize him, not as Scaramouche, or Balladeer, but as a prototype puppet she created. After all, Irminsul can't change one's origin, and Wanderer is still recognized as Ei's creation, regardless of what's changed about him, as a member of the Witch (Nicole) implied. Many lores indicating that when he was still Kabukimono/Scaramouche, he still thought about her. Until now, the boy still secretly wishes for Ei's recognition, even though he might try to deny it. He still keeps the feather Ei gave him, which proves that he's related to Raiden Shogun in some ways. He has an electro simple in his neck, which tells enough about his possible connection to Ei. If he returns, I believe that Ei will recognize him. Some Scara's fans won't like to see an interaction between them because they don't want Ei to be forgiven, but I think it's exactly the thing that needs to happen. Both Ei and Wanderer are individuals that are driven by emotions. Ei's grief leads her to make tons of mistakes, and her reaction to the demise of those she loved caused her to lose herself. She closed the door to the outside world like a turtle withdrawing to its shell, unable to understand the outside world and people's pain. Scara's weakness is also his emotion. As he's too sentinent that he sees Ei as his mother, not a creator. Him getting emotional also led to a journey of pain. As he got attached to those he considered as his friends and was hurt by their deaths, he assumed them leaving him as "betrayals". Two individuals who are too similar to each other...Some can only see their interactions as a complete mess, but this is exactly why they should interact. Ei needs her eyes to be opened to see the result of her decisions, and to see their impacts on everything around her. As Ei's gruadually improving herself and trying to be better, this is the final step she needs. For Wanderer, this is also important to him, as he needs to solve everything that's still lingering. The first "betrayal" remains the only possible knot that can be solved. His journey towards redemption isn't over either, and Nahida implied that he'd return to his homeland after he finished his studying. Two individuals who're deeply hurt and are striving towards their better selves. Isn't it the best opportunity to meet each other now? Because when someone is healing, they're more than ready to accept whatever consequences from their past actions, and they deserve to see it with their own eyes too. I believe that this is a necessary step for both characters to be fully developed, and to be the real person they want to become. It doesn't need to be mother and son thing, but just a meeting between 2 hurt individuals that have some connections to each other, and I'm sure that Ei would have a lot to tell Wanderer if she ever saw him. I just hope that Hoyoverse would see through this and has some plans for these two in the future. Their journeys and how they react to pains are stories that someone else can learn from.
After Ei knowing the importance of love again (after her sister and all her other friends died, she sealed her emotion. Until her second archon quest.) Now I really hope to see a happy ending of these two chars.
For the first time in a long time, I cried, as this hit way too close to home, knowing the context of these two.. the mother and son dynamic.. this feels all too familiar.. minus the happy ending that is.. all I ever wanted was a mother who wasn't a monster but.. unfortunately at least in my own case, I won't get this lucky.. to have her stand down and actually genuinely apologize for all the hell she's put me through growing up.. but instead the closest I'll ever get to that is gazing down the barrel of her metaphorical gun. On the bright side, I found a new family and my old mom can't get to me anymore so... that's good at least but.. my point in typing all this out in all honesty was to thank you, it's not easy for me to cry, but the fact of how darn much I see myself here, it helped me feel a little better after a little bit, so thank you for this my friend and I'm sorry for the heavy topic, everything is ok now tho if that helps?
I actually feel so bad for Scaramouche and all the trauma and betrayal he has had to go through in his past. I don't understand why everyone hates him but I really think he deserves to be loved... Eterenally.

I can’t be the only one think Ei looks like a mom every time you see her hug someone
So who’s gonna answer the question?
*“Do you get enough love?”*
r we not gonna talk about how good their drawings are?
I want this to happen so bad but I perfectly know HoYo won't care about Scaramouche and Ei's relationship 😔
I’m not crying your crying 😭!
This is beautiful! The shading, makes it realistic, while it also matches to what the game looks like! Very underrated TwT
How to make me cry in 1 minute and 9 seconds.
STOP IM GOING TO SOB- HIS LORE MAKES ME CRY😭😭😭
This animatic is making me sh!t tears- your art style is so good Wth
“Sorry I left, but it was for the best, but it never felt right” THAT WAS SO ACCURATE AND I WANNA CRY
Damn this song fits them so well
"And im sorry i left, but it was for the best though it never felt right"
Litterally how Ei feels about Scaramouche
I'm really crying right now.
I can imagine raiden saying to scara: "did you get enough love? My little *dove?"*
Dont tell me im the only one🧍
this is what we wanted and we are getting something else
Please let this happen someday, Hoyoverse😭
i'm back like 2 years later, and i just wanna admire the art as much as possible, as wholesome and heart warming as the concept is, i just wanna take some time to appreciate the art.
The fact that there is actually a chance for this to happen shocks me. Beautiful animation. 💎
HELP IVE BEEN WATCHING THIS EVERYDAY EVERY HOUR SINCE U RELEASED IT IM OBSESSED WITH THIS WHY 😭😭😭
I would love for this to actually happen.
This is one of my favorite fan animations ever. The expressions are just so so good I was fighting back tears. You are very talented my friend
That moment when you want to unsee something and then see it again 😢
If Scaramouche doesn't get a good endig with Ei imma leave life
Holy shit this is now my new favourite thing😭
I really wish we could have gotten an interaction between Scara/wanderer and Ei
Holy f- this is amazing you gotta keep up the good work
After Ei knowing the importance of love again (after her sister and all her other friends died, she sealed her emotion.
Guys ,I'm seriously crying of this animation .If I cry of this ,it means that was good hard work of author.
Omg i can’t hold my tears…they look so cute hugging each other…
I wish this would happen in the game but of course after watching scaramouche do evil stuff for a while.
Mother-son bonding-
I never thought a one minute video could make me cry. Seems I was wrong
i just wanted to let you know that you made me cry
I actually feel so bad for Scaramouche and all the trauma and betrayal he has had to go through in his past. I don't understand why everyone hates him but I really think he deserves to be loved... Eterenally.
When you want to make it happen so bad but you know that it wont happen so you just made it happen yourself
I would love to see them two having a warm interaction in a future
The possibility of this happening is... 1%😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I'm gonna cry all night😭😭😭
I cannot wait to use Ei when Scaramouche boss fight happens.
Heard there will be special dialogue like with the Zhongli vs Azhdaha boss fight.
Nice idea!!
@@lion5386 Yep. I will reunite these two...
I’m already crying the moment Ei and scaramouche started hugging.❤️☺️
I've watched this so many tims. It's animated so well and fits scarafart perfectly
Thank you so much!!!
Traveler: “Yo Wanderer wake the fuck up you got coms to do”
"Scara, your tears are getting in my boobs"
-Ei
IM NOT CRYING IM JUST COSPLAYING AS A TSUNAMI 😭😭😭😭
