Well the part of Alhaithams story quest (if i recall correctly, it could be the main story but i think it's Alhaithams, it heavily involves him at the very least) where kaveh shows up is called "pride and prejudice" which is a romance novel with a few parallels to the characters traits But nothing is explicitly said so really it's your choice to interpret it platonically or romantically I will die on the hill that they genuinely care about each other tho as I've seen some people say they're toxic and,,, that is not the case at all whatsoever
