I’m a delivery driver and I honestly love it, I get to drive around listen to music and make connections with people because I deliver to the same people over and over again, also doesn’t hurt that we have a ton of really good tippers as well. I hardly even need my gps anymore because I know where most of the customers are, there’s this old man Jerry that is very lonely, he lives alone and has been in and out of the hospital with lots of problems, but he is a very loyal customer and I always make sure to spend a few minutes chatting with him before I move on to my next delivery.
You may be the only person someone, like the gentleman you memrion, chat a bit during the day. Loneliness is painful and just a little interaction means a lot. God bless you for being aware of it !

He's a good man. He got my heart when he said, that he's the only person some people see all day and he wants to be that bright light in their lives. Clearly he brings the best out of people if he moved Tanner to do such a beautiful and noble thing by gathering the funds and donating the new car. Good on everyone involved.
That's why people should never look down on people who have jobs such as this or may not own a wealth of worldly things....because this man has what it's all about....honesty, caring and a great work ethic. Our wealth is not in the things we own, the degrees or job titles...it's in our character. It also shows that there are still good people on the world who recognize others and want to help them out and reward the good they do. All is not lost in our country, no matter how hard evil tries to win

I am now 69 and still practice that same attitude whenever I meet someone. Feels good to create a smile on someone's face! What an honorable community to salute this gentleman properly!!

Then pizza hut started getting greedy and charging more and more for delivery while still giving the drivers 50 cents maybe up to a dollar when gas prices were ridiculous... customers would think the extra charge would go to us then they stopped tipping. I NEVER order food to my house if I can't afford to tip.
I love it! I have a deep respect for those in our community performing the real work that makes our lives better. They are the real hero's in our daily lives!!
I’ve been delivering pizza for Pizza Hut since 1998! Good luck with that Malibu, my 2019 with 49k miles blew the transmission! I bought a 2021 brand new Toyota Corolla! And I’m a die hard Chevy guy! To many things were breaking on that Malibu, also brake booster went out and ignition switch! I delivery pizza 45 hours a week and I totally love my job!
Yea um who ever gave thumbs down needs to have his or her head examined by psychologist neurologist and psychiatrist & a neuro psychiatrist! If we had more people like this in the world it would be sooooo much better!!!

Malibu is a great car. I refused a few offers from friends who wanted to buy from me, for the simple reason that it’s such a reliable car. I hope Robert’s Malibu is just as reliable as mine.
