I think the ornithopters flying in formation are Harkonnens'. They have a different design, look heavier and bulkier. You can see the difference in the first movie when they chase Paul and Jessica into the sandstorm.
Yeah it is definitely Harkonnen ornithopters and we can see in another shot they have turrets on them and are shooting at Chani and Paul
