@@israeltorres6824 I was going to comment on that and yes Cowboy looks look great as long as they not cheap crap get handmade ones.
Personally, I love the polo, blazer and dark blue jeans look. Definitely one of my go-to casual day looks.

That also explains the attention to detail to clothing and ensuring a strong presentation. And the use of hand gestures, though I was expecting a knife hand somewhere in there.
Love the videos, and it's a big help when you're more used to wearing a uniform than "regular" clothes.

which was a very common fashion look through out the mid 70's and early 80's
The pants to my old navy suit wore out recently, so I decided to have the buttons on the jacket replaced with horn buttons that I purchased from eBay. I'm going to pick it up from my tailor later this week. I can't wait! I went from having one traditional navy blazer with gold buttons, to having two blazers, each with a slightly different style. I did the same thing when the pants to my gray suit wore out. I used silver buttons. It's a great way to extend the life of an orphaned suit jacket and expand your wardrobe at the same time.

Real Men Real Style Question: Do you consider white mother of pearl buttons a less-formal style button than maybe a dark or medium horn button on a navy blazer?
Reggie - i suggest the next time you buy a suit you buy an extra pair of pants. That way you reduce the wear by 50% and you will get twice the life out of a suit. Also, the cut and structure of a formal suit is quite different from that of a blazer or jacket . You don't want to look like that guy that's wearing his business suit jacket with jeans when you're on a hot date on Friday night. You fail on two counts - you look cheap and look like you don't know how to style yourself. Not cool.

I told your advice on buying new pants. Guess what? There's like different cuts and I remember you said something like, "regular fit, straight fit, will look good on you." Relaxed, cowboy boot and I forgot what else are super baggy. I lost 50 pounds I'm still heavy, and it was hard finding jeans that didn't make me look even bigger. Thank you! 🙂

I agree, it is the world we live in. It was almost 30 years ago that before going to a night club my friend told me to wear a jacket and tie as it would save us a lot of hassle if we wanted to get in. On arriving we were at the back of a hundred something line of guys waiting to get in. We stood there for 5 minutes or so before a doorman came along and directed us to go in. It was from then on that I realised that appearance really does matter.

What about charcoal/grey blazer?
Hi Dimas. I like a lighter shade of charcoal with jeans ... especially in autumn and winter. Also mine has a subtle herringbone pattern. Btw ... I believe charcoal is a 'neutral' color so it should be safe to wear with black or blue jeans.

You can wear skinny jeans with blazer IF it fits and compliment your legs. I myself am tall and slim build I can't wear straight leg jeans because they look to baggy on me. Skinny jeans compliment my legs and they look very fitted, not tight whatsoever.

Hey Antonio, am a 22 year old university student in Nairobi Kenya. First of, thanks alot for all the great free advice your giving, it has made a huge impact in my way of dressing especially as l am about to leave for the working environment.
My question is regarding jeans and khakis. Could you a more detailed video on khakis and how to wear them for that elegant yet casual look they manage to pull off.

Another option that I use when traveling is to get high quality sweat pants and iron a crease in the front. This works well if you button the blazer to cover the laces at the waist along with a pair of simple black cowboy boots. Just remember to wear a matching tweed flat cap.
Don't you think that there is a conflict in formality between button-down shirt and tie? Also between jeans and tie? I would personally leave the tie and just wear an OCBD under the blazer, together with the jeans.

I have a real liken for a "cowboy" starched blue jean (Wrangler) with a dress boot (exotic skin) and a blazer / sport coat. I do a lot of public speaking and that look appeals to me. Define, "Sports" jacket, "Suit" jacket, & "Blazer" jacket. Please ?
For one thing, sports jacket often have patterns, made of wool, and elbow patches (nobody does it anymore though). more casual than a blazer imo

Blazer jacket es el saco generalmente azul, de una tela generalmente de buena terminación y algo de brillo, con botones metálicos al frente y ennlas mangas, es una prenda medio desubicada para el día a día, ya que se la usaba como uniforme y honestamente con jeans queda un asco, la mitad de arriba fino, la mitad de abajo chabacano, justamente porque no se llevan bien no porque el jean sea chabacano.
En EEUU la gente no sabe vestirse, te lo digo de una, estos influencers te explican los motivos no que te los pongas, en general si usas traje usas dos piezas y si usas jeans usas la americana en sus millones de colores patrones y telas de verano e invierno.
